*Spoiler* Chapter Name at the End of the Chapter
Alex was slowly walking through the streets of Kouh, his destination was the shopping district again.
Unlike yesterday. Well, it should be yesterday. But, for him, it was half a year ago.
So, he was feeling quite nostalgic instead of anxious about what he was about to do.
His anxiety disappeared a couple of months ago, Alex simply came to terms with what he was about to do.
It took him a couple of minutes to find Rias familiar giving away her summoning pamphlets.
For this to work, Alex needed good timing. So, he just waited he pulled out his old phone and started checking his emails.
It seems his parents and Julis' older brother Jolbert got sucked up by his story.
And thankfully they didn't comment on how Julis was keeping him 'busy'...
Instead, Alex decided to take their attention away from his waifu and make them focus on his quirks.
Yeah, he started writing another email about how he fell in love with Japanese culture and wanted to find out more about their past.
Thankfully this will work because Alex of this world was not a closed-door Otaku. So, he can use that, basically going ga-ga about Japan as he saw the country for the first time.
He started writing about how he wanted to get some books that he couldn't find in the Kuoh City bookstores because of how small the city was.
Before he realised he spent quite some time typing into his phone.
He is feeling quite nostalgic about typing into a phone! Which is not a touch screen!
Eventually, it was time Alex saw in the distance approaching Issei and the teen moved in, his plan was simple, he would bump into him and intercept him getting a summoning pamphlet.

"Sorry!"
"My bad! I was…"
"Riajuu!" The brown-haired teen pointed his finger at Alex in classic anime fashion.
"Oh… it's you…"
"I have no time for you! I have my date with sweet Yuma!" The leader of the perverted trio proudly said that, as he started walking around Alex, completely forgetting to take the pamphlet offered to him by Rias familiar.
"Right, you have that date thing, don't forget to keep your wallet close to your chest." Alex riled him up even more with a smirk.
Issei growled for a second as he walked even faster away to meet his date, funny enough the teen was quite early…
The moment the brown-haired idiot was away from Alex's sight, the smirk disappeared from his face, it turned into an indifferent poker face.
He then walked over picked up the pamphlet and put it in his pocket.
Walking towards the same direction as Issei.

Alex observed their 'date' from some distance like a predator stalking his prey.
He was quite the distance away, so not even Raynare felt anything out of place.
The Fallen Angel didn't even look in his direction.
The disguised woman used Issei pretty much like a walking wallet.
The delusional teen paid for everything, the desserts when they were at the dinner, for the popcorn when they were in the cinema, for all the tokens when they went to the arcade.
Funny enough when Alex said about watching out his wallet it was nothing more than a simple idea he came up with on the spot.
Yet, it was the truth!
The Fallen Angel was milking him with a cute face, and the guy didn't even know it was happening!
The brown-haired pervert was just giggling pervertedly from time to time as he looked at her chest…
Raynare only needed to do a simple smile and make her breasts giggle a little bit to get more stuff from Issei…
Eventually, that moment came…
Alex felt some flow of magic and a barrier manifested in a small park with a fountain.
It was a very simple barrier that sent all mundane humans away.
'Raynare, she is just as casual as the Devils are, these members of the Bible faction are so… silly! maybe even naive…'
The teen observing them took a position where Raynare could not see him even if she was flying away towards the destroyed church.
He is positioned specifically in such a location that he is not to be seen by her.
Once he was in place he just watched wings sprouting from the girl's back as she transformed into an older version of the girl dressed in a dominatrix suit.
Even now Issei was drooling because he saw nearly naked breasts, he only snapped out from his daydream when a spear made from light went through his chest…
After seeing the brown-haired teen collapse the Fallen Angel flew away without a care in the world…
Alex left his hiding spot and looked towards the direction where Raynare flew away.
He was utterly dissapointed by them, the teen hoped that higher up are… smarter than this…
His gaze then went to a dead pervert who tried to do something before his unsightly death.
This was probably the moment when he would have summoned Rias but not this time.
Instead, the black-haired teen pulled out a sapphire card and dropped it on Issei's body.
The very next moment it started to glow, from Sapphire blue into...Gold…
A smirk appeared on Alex's face, as he picked up the card from top of Issei's body and looked at it…

"W-What the…" The black-haired teen was utterly gobsmacked when he saw what was drawn on the card!
Instead of a signature red gauntlet with an emerald orb and an image of a Welsh Dragon behind it…
It was a pair of blue-energy wings with a white serpentine dragon behind it!
"Divine Dividing…" Alex spoke softly while he gazed at the card.
That moment he had several flashbacks when he saw Issei wearing a white t-shirt instead of red like he does most of the time in anime.
It was almost like foreshadowing what Sacred Gear he has.
"A butterfly effect indeed…" A soft chuckle escaped from his lips, as he focused on the card the very next moment it exploded into golden pieces and entered his body.
Funnily enough, he didn't feel any changes….
He inspected his hands for a moment.
There was nothing...
'Probably need to activate it the same way it was with Starling Blue.'
Alex then looked at the corpse of the pervert for a second he thought of just summoning Rias and being done for.
But…
He pulled out his main phone and turned on the APP, he selected the card deck and summoned an emerald card.
It was Twice Critical.
The new Longinus Gear wielder decided to give Issei some power, for two reasons.
One is that Rias knows that Issei has a Sacred Gear and it will be very fishy that he doesn't have it anymore while Alex will reveal his in not so distant future.
And Two because of his diminishing Noblesse Oblige. A Noble has to help the peasant in need, and because he feels pity for this kid.
Yes, Kid…
So he focused on the emerald card and before it could explode in pieces he threw it at Issei's corpse which upon impact shattered and entered his body.
He then pulled out the pamphlet and imagined a certain redhead and then focused his intent on the paper.
Once the paper started to glow Alex threw it at the side and it turned into a red magical circle.
Moments later Rias Gremory was standing in front of him in all her glory.
"Komnenos-san?" The Devil Heiress never expected to be summoned by him!
"Hello, Gremory-san." He greeted her before looking at Hyoudou's body, the redhead followed his gaze.
Her eyes went wide, as she quickly rushed to his side.
"Issei!" The teen raised his eyebrow seeing how she used the pervert's first name like that.
Does she subconsciously already see him as her 'peerage member'?
"You are on the first name basis with this pervert?" Alex asked with a shocked voice, he faked his shock.
"N-No it's just that he was a prospect which I wanted to ask to join my peerage!" She explained to him quite casually.
The teen was quite baffled by how casually she revealed that.
Nonetheless, Alex can use this...
"No wonder that Fallen Angel killed him." He softly said that.
Rias stopped in her tracks as she looked back at the black-haired teen.
"Did you just say, Fallen Angel?" She asked with wide eyes.
"Yes, she took this idiot on a date..." Alex with a casual hand wave motioned at the brown-haired idiot on the ground." Which was utterly weird someone such well... known pervert will never get such a beautiful girl interested in him unless she has several loose screws, I warned him that she might be after his wallet, but she wanted his heart… literally." He looked at the hole in the pervert's chest when he said the last part.
"I see… so, they wanted to kill him because of his Sacred Gear but that's not how Grigori operate…" Rias said with narrowed eyes, something was fishy here, she was confused about Alex being here too.
First, she thought that it was him who killed her future peerage member.
But, she already saw a few feathers lying around and Holy energy coming from Issei's corpse, and of course, he summoned her…
"What were you doing here anyway Komnenos-san?" The redhead asked curiously, as she pulled out a pawn chess piece.
"I was in the area when I felt magic being used in a barrier-like fashion, moments later I saw people ignore this park so went to investigate." He explained with a shrug.
"I see, it's very basic barrier magic used by most supernatural to keep normal humans away," Rias said before she said an appropriate chant to resurrect the brown-haired pervert.
She frowned seeing that she only needed one pawn piece to resurrect Issei.
It means it's a very weak Sacred Gear he possesses!
"Makes sense, anyway I did my duty as a citizen of this city and got in touch with appropriate 'authorities'," Alex said to Rias as he was about to leave.
"Komnenos-san! Please wait!" Rias got on her feet as she was kneeling before.
"I wish to speak with you!" She said while somewhat fiddling with her skirt.
The redhead doesn't know how to speak with someone who has a girlfriend!
Sounds weird but it's the truth! She only has a few friends which are females, and her knight… well he is her knight!
The devil heiress has no idea how to talk with someone who is her age and is a guy who has a girlfriend.
She doesn't want to sound too informal or try to seduce, but same time she wants him in her peerage!
So, she is in an extremely weird situation… for her at least…
Alex just rolled his eyes at her.
"Why don't we talk about this tomorrow in your club...place? It is a place is it?" He tried to sound uncertain.
"Y-Yes! It is! You can come with Riessfield-san, I wish to discuss certain things…" She fiddled for a second once more.
The awkwardness was just rolling from her…
"Sure. Will see you tomorrow." Alex nodded before turning around and walking away with hands in his pockets.
Rias looked at his disappearing figure for a moment, she only now noticed that the way he walked was like that of some sort of predator.
Quiet, even the way he was moving his legs...
'What kind of training did he go through?' For a second she frowned before she called her 'Queen'.
She needs to prepare for tomorrow's meeting…
While Rias was thinking about her meeting Alex didn't care about it at all! For him, that is around half to a whole year away…
Instead, he was thinking about his new Sacred Gear!
He has Divine Dividing now! The most badass-looking Sacred Gear in his opinion!
Oh yes! He is so going to Master it!
The teen just couldn't stop grinning as he walked through the streets towards his house.
He was quite fortunate to get this much time for himself as Julis wanted to laze around as she spent the last half a year slaughtering horse-size wolves.
Such a thing has quite a mental effect on people, that's why Alex gave her some space…
