Sam is a 15 years old boy is an orphan and he is being suffered from lung cancer. In his orphanage there are many children like him who are medically serious. During his childhood he is always depressed about this fact.

He had this kind of mentality from the age of ten when he is first diagnosed for his cancer. He always wanted to know the answer for his question. And at that time in the orphanage the children were watching popular anime. Such as Pokemon, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Ben 10, One Piece and so on. Due to Sam being mature for his age.
He only liked watching Naruto and One Piece. Unlike other children, he could understand the meaning of all the quotes and the proper story line. He started to place himself in the characters place. And soon found that other than fiction in the powers and all.
The anime are no different from the real world. And he understood there is no such thing as fair in the world. And from watching the anime he felt one thing. He will live this world with full freedom and do what he likes to do.
He enjoyed himself his remaining life. He watched anime with children and one day he saw a little girl around 12 years while he is 15 years now. She was quite close to him. She is named Sarah.
Sarah is suffering from Brain Tumour. She ran towards Sam " Big Brother, Today we are going to see Frozen II movie in Orphanage. " She is so excited. This was the fourth time they are going to watch this movie because of her. She only has 2 months to live according to doctor. So in orphanage they were bidding all her wishes as much as possible.

He was none other than Sam who died in the orphanage. After some time Sam calmed his mind. He first tried to explore the island which he is present right now.
