Rebirth: Phantom Vampire

In the year 2,000 the first tear happened. Ghost, dragons, vampire, lich and any other thing you could find in a novel. In America the military fought valiantly and dropped the Atomic bombs they had made in the Manhattan Project and destroyed the Tear. To the person who was nearest to the rift they saw a scroll drop out and reported it government as they told the world. 100 years later they had deciphered the scroll and found that tears were a virus and that would never go away and that most people would awaken abilities called Aces. This abilities had classified society. 4 centuries all branches of the military had evolved into Scouts who were the brave Ace powered humans who fought the beast. Jack was a normal kid with no Ace his little friend group of mid- class Aces rules their … desk. They were nerds always talking about Aces.
