Chapter CXVI - Preparing for War
Before Marcus was able to begin the week setting things up for Raia to complete during the week, Iris had pointed out that Marcus had left a quest completed but did not accept the rewards, and he checked his quest log and found that there was a locked quest that was finished once he reached Tier 2. He pressed the accept button as the system provided him with another passive skill to add to his list:

Passive Skill - Level 1 - Rank SSS
Cultivation skill increases the processing speed of the user's Mana Circuit. The Mana Heart and Brain are boosted instead of improving one's Dantians and Meridians. Continual practice is required to receive maximum benefit and increase effectiveness.
