The story is about Prince Einar who got reincarnated to the game that he haven't played yet. He and his friend was walking on their way to their dormintory because they are excited to play the game. Before they can reach on their dormitory, they got caught by an accident with a delivery truck whom the driver is in panic because he can't control the truck. He got his consciousness that he game is entitled Azure Sky II. The game is about 12 candidates of the empire to become the strongest battle heroes. The game has 3 main characters, and the other unchoosen characters become the villains of the game of their designated heroes. Unfortunately, Prince Einar has not been chosen to become hero and falls on the villain route. He will play the role of villain to his brother, to fulfill himself. With that, a player has been reincarnated in prince Einar's body and he expeculate that he has been reincarnated in the game with 3 reasons. There's a bug/glitch in the game. A plot hole on the character's part. A typical set up, there is wish from the character who wants to survive from upcoming misfortunes and to live more peaceful than his fate. While looking for the reason why he is in the game, the Game System helped him to bring back his memories that failed to be in-sync by giving him a task. Every task has an equivalent rewards and punishments depending on his performance.
