Power and lust

" my lords, the time has come upon us, the time that separates the brave and the..cowards!" a man dressed in blue armor paused for a moment as he looked around at those who stood before him.

he paced back and forth his gaze piercing into their very souls, he continued " among us! are there any cowards" he questioned

" Nooo!!!!" the surrounding men shouted,

" indeed" the man in blue armor spoke " none of us are cowards, we fear not of death, am i wrong" he questioned again

" No!",

" we fear not of death ",

" no fear "

" towards death we march" loud shouts were instantly heard from the men before him.

" the seekers are a curse upon our lands, and we shall tolerate them no longer, this war may be bitter, many of us may die but after we have fought a just battle" he spoke

" our future generations shall remember our deeds, they will sing of our glory, now all together" ,

"for glory!!"

" for glory !!!!" all the men shouted out with great might

a figure watched them from the void as they prepared to set off for a heroic death, ´how did we get here the figure thought.

" Max get up... max get up right now" as max slept he heard someone calling his name. Annoyed he got up slowly, unwilling but he had no choice.

" I'm up " max shouted back, with out much thought he proceeded to walk out his room and brush his teeth whilst he cleared out his mouth he looked into the mirror.

What reflected into his eyes was a fragile and skinny looking figure with dark shadows underneath his eyes, looking unhealthy with brown medium length hair and brown eyes.

Max stared at his reflection for a while, unable to change it he finally gave up removed his eyes from the mirror and went back to his room to get ready for school.

After some time max was seated in living room eating the food left by his father, who max believed to be reason for his pitiful existence as he brought him to this earth and was also the reason why his mother, the only person max ever felt like they loved him left him.

Max's mother died when max was very young from depression. His family used to be a happy family like many others until one day his father who was a teacher was fired because he was found molesting a student at the school he worked at,

after he was fired Max's mom who was a teacher at the same school was constantly targeted and abused by students and colleagues, for having such a husband and as the days went by it got to her and she slowly lost her vitality and happiness and fell into depression from shame.

This went on for some time till one day she drunk too much and never woke up again leaving max all alone.

max remembered that day as if it was yesterday, he remembers running back home from school, after all the bullying and mockery from the kids in his school.

After such a miserable day he ran home, home was were his mother was, at home he could be safe. he got home thinking it was going to be the same as always,

he would always run up to her room and tell her of all the little things that happened to him, every time he spoke to her she was too drunk to notice him but somehow just being in her presence made him feel better, feel human. he hated that she was always drunk but thinking back to how when he got home that day only to be told she was gone, he cried that day, he wished he had done something, anything, from that day he was all alone.

Max believe he was alone, his father max hated him and hardly spoke to his father since his mother died. Max soon recovered from his thoughts finished eating the food and went to school,' I'm 17 years old this year, so it wouldn't be long till I'm out of this hell' max thought as he walked to school.

Along his way there kids his age looked at him with disgust, ' I hate it ' max thought as he soon approached the school gate, looking into the looming buildings.

"Max !!" As soon as he approached through the gate like every other day a shout came into his ears.

Looking back he saw a blonde haired boy a little bit younger than him shouting at him " carry my bag, take them to my class and clean my table " the blond boy said to him.

even though he was older than him the blonde haired youth spoke to him like he was some bitch, maybe he was right.

" go away john" trying to sound fierce max said to the blonde haired youth who was shouting at him.

" who made you think you could speak to me like that ?" The boy named John asked " your nothing but scum, your father is a scum, your mother is a dead scum" john said making the crowd around him laugh.

" what did you say? " max instantly got mad when he heard someone call his mom a scum, his nails dug into his palm clenching them tightly as to suppress his anger.

" I said your father is a scum " john replied loudly as the crowd gathered around as if to see a good show, max looked around and could see the contempt in everyone's eyes knowing fully that no one cared for him, everyone was watching a joke, the joke being his existence.

Max was ready to do something, anything… he couldn't allow anyone to look at him with such eyes but at this moment the bell rang unfortunately for max or lucky for max as he didn't know what to do in this situation as he had been in similar situations many times only to end up beaten.

With the bell the crowd dispersed and the boy named John saw everyone leaving and lost interest in bullying max. Max who was left alone suppressed his anger and slowly followed the crowd into the class to only experience the same day as many other where the teachers ignored him, the girls were disgusted by him to the point they stayed clear of him whispering " look at his eyes looking at us, so disgusting you can tell his the son of a molester ".

Max thought today was going to be another day where everyone hated him, used him to vent, looked at him like he was a clown, waiting for his jokes.

Max was about to realise that he was wrong.

With his head leaning against his arm as he observed outside the window totally uninterested in what the teacher was saying and so the class was over as max got up to go to the toilet he missed his step and nearly fell over, trying to regain balance he grabbed onto something which only supported him up for a millisecond before he heard the sound of tearing and he continued to fall face planting into the ground.

Before max processed anything he heard a high pitch shout, he raises his head to see a girl with black hair covering her chest.

Max could vaguely see white and smooth glossy skin in between her arms and a laced white bra holding up balls of flesh. Looking at his hand max found the missing piece of what max figured to be the girl's shirt.

Dumb founded max froze in place, soon he heard the students around him, " look at him just staring at her", " what a creep, I bet he did it on purpose" " poor lily, being touched by a creep I bet she goner have nightmares" .

Soon a teacher came looking at max and the girl named lily he said " lily get a coat and go with someone to the P.E room" after that he looked at max his eyes full of disgust,

" max come with me, I'm sick of your behaviour" max was confused he had never done any wrong in school but still followed.

A while later max was seated in a room alone after being told that the school is gonna call his parents and he need to be isolated from the rest of the class for a week as punishment. Max was so depressed thinking ' why didn't anyone give me a chance to explain?' .

Soon school was over max waited 20 minutes before he slowly walked out of the school building, as soon as he walked out he saw 6 students surrounding him. Max look at them cautiously and found a blond haired boy among them.

" john what are you doing " max asked. " you dirty pig, you dared to touch lily with your dirty hands " john said with a extremely disgusted expression " you are dead max, everyone his sick of you max " john said " get him and drag him to the back " john shouted to the remaining boys. Everyone rushed up max tried to escape but was quickly tackled to the ground, someone sat on top of him and started punching him.

Max hurriedly moved his arms to protect his face which was being punched but then immediately felt someone kicking him in his stomach, max quickly curled into a ball. "Drag him" one of the boys said and max was dragged from the front of the school to the back,

were a girl with a P.E jacket on looked at his bruised face and smiled she waited for him to be held down by the boys before she walked to him and looked at him before stepping on his face and grinding the bottom of her shoe on him.

" what a freak you are" she said " do you know how disgusting it was for you to touch me and for you to look at me with those disgusting eyes ?".

After that she started to stomp on whilst talking " you dirty, dirty dirty pig, dirty dirty thing" she stomped on him for a while before she stopped and looked at her shoes in distress " my shoes, I can't believe I got them dirty by stepping on you I'm gonna have to burn them, it's so disgusting I can't even wear them anymore" after that she started walking away.

" don't worry lily we will beat him till he regrets touching you" john said after that the boys made way for lily to leave and started to beating max up again " say sorry for being born" one of the boys said as he kept hitting max " yes we won't stop until you say it ".

Max was unwilling he was only sorry for being weak and sorry for being naive enough to think that as long as you are good and as long as you endure one day life will get better,

if he had another chance max swore he wouldn't be good, only the wicked, greedy and selfish humans had a good life as if God was playing a joke on all of us,

max swore that if he got through this humiliation he would be demon, he would do as he wanted, he would live good surrounded by women, he wouldn't be so... weak. " say it, say sorry you were born" the boys echoed bringing max back to reality as they beat him. after a while they stopped as max only gritted his teeth in pain.

" don't be stubborn max, if you don't say it I will poke your eyes out" said John who felt irritated by the fact max said nothing after being beaten by him for so long which made him feel as if max was mocking him.

" if you don't say it you will regret it " john said as his finger slowly approach Max's eyes. Max was instantly scared and tried desperately to escape but was held down finding it useless he tried to close his eyes. " it doesn't help to close your eyes max, just say it, say you regret being born" said John.

" no !"

"Don't " max scream in fear as he saw johns finger approach his eye he was sure John would do it, max was filled with fear and couldn't afford to bet with his eye and he couldn't escape, he closed his eye in fear, but as soon as he felt John finger touch his eyelid

he immediately shouted out " I'm sorry for being born, I'm sorry I'm sorry" max shouted as tears fell from his closed eyes.

John stopped and laughed " he actually thought I was gonna do it what an idiot I'm not a madman, you really should just disappear max no one likes you your a clown" john said as he stood up straight

" let's go, leave this clown behind " john said as he left and the boys followed and as the last on left he stop looked at max and said " your a clown" then he spits on max and leaves.

Max tears rolled down his face as he sat there for a long time, blood all over his face he tried to open his swollen eyes and through the small slit it was already late and he could see the moon.

What a beautiful moon max thought, as he starred at the moon unknown to max something in the deep universe suddenly popped and with it something suddenly bloomed from nothingness unknown where it came from and suddenly exploded as if the universe was being birthed it swept outside from the inside and quickly covered everything in its wake. Nothing was left untouched and the shock waves quickly passed through everything and soon swept past earth.

Max who was looking at the moon suddenly saw the moon distorting then soon the atmosphere around him distorted and he suddenly felt as if there was something else in the air.

His eyes opened wide trying to figure out what's happening but he felt sleepy before he slept he saw the moon change colour becoming blue and then he froze feeling as though something changed in his body then suddenly started laughing manically" hahahaha hahaha " hahahaha hahahahah".
