Previously in Pokemon World: Evolution...

Red and Leaf are on their way to the Johto Region. They had arrived at Viridian City and met Blue, the grandson of Professor Oak. Blue challenges Red to a Pokemon Battle because he is curious about the request his grandfather gave to Red. However, their fierce battle ended in a draw.

Location: Viridian City, Kanto Region

After the fierce battle between Red and Blue ended, they checked their Pokemon to Nurse Joy at the Pokemon Center.

"Don't worry, Charizard and Blastoise will recover as usual," Nurse Joy told Red and Blue.

"Thank you," Blue replied.

Nurse Joy went to check on Charizard and Blastoise.

"Red, our fight has ended in a draw. So I didn't know what to do," said Blue.

"You want to come with us, right? I think our adventure will be even more fun if more people join," said Leaf.

"I just wanted to know about my grandfather's request to you. But, it seems like it will be a little fun if I go back to the adventure like before," replied Blue while looking at Red.

Red nods his head indicating he doesn't mind Blue coming with him.

"Eh? Is it true? You allow me to come with you? " Blue can't believe that Red will allow him to go with him and Leaf.

Red nods his head again to tell Blue that he is serious about what he decided.

"Thank you! Red!" Blue hugs Red and thanks him.

A moment later, a bespectacled girl walked in looking panicked.

"Nurse Joy! Help me!" shouted the bespectacled girl.

"What's wrong?" Nurse Joy rushed out of the treatment room.

"Nurse Joy, help Minccino. She's poisoned. Please heal her," the bespectacled girl begged Nurse Joy to cure her poisoned Pokemon.

"Minccino?" muttered Leaf, pointing the Pokedex camera at the Pokemon.

'Data not found' Pokedex was unable to provide information regarding the Pokemon named Minccino.

"Eh?" Leaf was surprised that the Pokedex didn't have any data about Minccino.

"Please heal her," the girl kept begging Nurse Joy.

"Don't worry, she will get well soon," Nurse Joy immediately brought Minccino in to treat her.

"What happened?" Leaf approached the girl.

"Ah, it's okay. We just bumped into a pair of Nidorans earlier. I tried to fight back. But, they attacked Minccino with a poison-type move," replied the girl who was still worried about Minccino's condition.

"Don't worry, Nurse Joy will heal her," Blue tried to calm the girl.

Red nods his head because he agrees with Blue.

"Thank you. My name is Bianca," the girl introduced herself.

"I'm Blue. This is Red." Blue introduces himself and Red.

"And I'm Leaf! Nice to meet you!" Leaf also introduced herself.

"Nice to meet you too," greeted Bianca.

"Oh! Bianca! I didn't find any data about your Pokemon in the Pokedex. Does that mean your Pokemon is a new one?" asked Leaf.

Red pats Leaf on the shoulder and retrieve the Pokedex from her.

"Looks like this Pokedex only contains data about original Pokemon from the Kanto region," said Blue while looking at the Pokedex that Red is holding.

"What does that mean?" Leaf was confused by Blue's words.

"Minccino comes from outside Kanto. And because this Pokedex only contains data on Pokemon from Kanto, there is no data on Pokemon from outside Kanto such as Minccino," Blue explained to Leaf in more detail.

Red nods his head because he agrees with Blue.

"That means..." Leaf looked at Bianca.

"Yes, I come from outside Kanto, namely the Unova Region," said Bianca knowing that Leaf was curious about her native region.

A few moments later, Nurse Joy returned from the treatment room with Minccino and two Pokeballs.

"Minccino!" Bianca immediately hugged Minccino.

"Min!" Minccino jumped to Bianca's embrace.

"Your Pokemon are healed as usual," said Nurse Joy while giving Charizard and Blastoise's Pokeballs to Red and Blue.

"Thank you, Nurse Joy," said Blue.

"Next time be careful. The Nidorans near the Indigo Plateau are a little aggressive," Nurse Joy advised Bianca.

"Thank you, Nurse Joy. Next time I will be a little careful when carrying out my research, "said Bianca.

"Take this. This Pecha Berry will heal your Pokemon if it gets poisoned again, "Nurse Joy gave Bianca a Pecha Berry then went to the treatment room.

"Thank you very much, Nurse Joy," Bianca was very grateful to Nurse Joy.

"Research? You're researching in Kanto?" asked Blue.

"Oh, yes. I'm Professor Juniper's assistant. Right now I'm helping her to get data about Pokemon in the Kanto Region," replied Bianca.

"Professor Juniper's Assistant?!" Blue was surprised to hear the answer from Bianca.

"Yes, she is a Professor in the Unova Region," replied Bianca.

"It is such a coincidence! We are currently delivering this Pokedex to every Professor in other regions. Will you take us?" Leaf asks Bianca to take them to the Unova Region.

"Is it true? Of course. I'm also planning to return to Unova soon. Then, I'll just go with you guys. Looks like it will be a fun trip," Bianca accepted the offer from Leaf.

Red pats Leaf on the shoulder reminding her that they have the first goal of going to the nearest region which is the Johto Region to meet Professor Elm first.

"Oh yes! We have to go to Johto first to see Professor Elm," said Leaf.

"It is okay. I'm not in too much of a rush either. If you want to go to another region first, that's fine too. I am very happy if I visit other regions before I return to Unova," Bianca did not mind going to Johto first with Red, Leaf, and Blue to meet Professor Elm.

"Then it's decided! Blue and Bianca have joined our group and we will go to Unova after we meet Professor Elm in the Johto Region. Yeay!" Leaf is very happy to have Blue and Bianca join her and Red in delivering the Pokedex.

"It's great to be adventurous with you," said Bianca.

Red shows the Pokedex to Blue.

"That is true. We have to get ready because we will pass through Mt. Silver to get to the Johto Region. Besides..." said Blue after seeing the map shown by Red in the Pokedex.

Red and Blue stare at each other because they know what place they're going through.
