I stood in front of him but could not put my eyes into his. The cause was going to tear his heart apart in no time. I know very well how he is going to react, but I must say this to him now. Love is how far a man can shrink and how far he can go.

After betraying him I didn't even know what would happen to him and for me too. While I was thinking to myself and I was in a different world for a very long time, Mathew looked straight into my eyes and asked "What had happened?" with a smirk on his face.

I said, "I am really sorry Mathew, it's time to go away from you. Please forgive me and forget about me. Don't ever try to meet me again". When he heard that, he stood like a rock in the same place as if he had been hit by a big correct shock and like the earth is going to collapse in a while.

I can not wait there to see his face again. I can not see the pain in his heart with my own eyes. I wish God that he would be fine upon hearing this. That's why I immediately backed off from being there.

But, he grabbed my hand, stopped me, and asked "Why are you doing this? Is there any fault with me?. No. I know you are kidding with me right?".

I could not answer him and grabbed my hand back to me and ran away from there leaving him like an evil one. I can not imagine at all what will happen next there, I don't even want to imagine too. No matter how much I suffered, there was no point in thinking of him.

The day dawned cloudily and the cold air chilled him, including his fear in the mind. The trees which are far away from the place swayed back and forth in the wind looking like the devil's hair swaying for the wind. Slightly it started raining, slowly falling with a few drops on him, thinking that the climate noticed the suffering in his heart and raining far away from the sky, like tears falling from the eyes over to his cheeks.

The pain in the heart is indescribable, but he was standing still like a rock looking at his girlfriend who was running far away from him similar to his heart, without showing any pain on his face. Because she does not want to feel his pain. He wants to cry so badly but can't cry in front of her, maybe he would cry after she left the place.

Mathew was completely frozen now due to the immense words and the rude behavior of his girlfriend. He could not imagine his life without her till now. But, all of a sudden his life is being reversed like an upside-down. He had been feeling empty in his life and down in the dumps.

He was very upset by her words and could not come out of the breakup. Suddenly, the rain started heavily and it seemed to be turning into a cyclone, but still, he was standing like a rock in the rain with falling tears and the rain was covering those so that no other person would look at him crying, because he was the strongest person ever. The rain is covering his pain and crying aloud instead of him.

He was shocked and stood at the same place for a few minutes and then bent on his knees later and started crying like a kid by covering his face with both hands when he found out that there was no one around him.

A few hours later, his parents were afraid that he had not reached the house yet and so his father wanted to search for him. His mother, knowing that he went towards the town hall, asked her husband to search over there first. As expected he was lying down on the river bed near the town hall unconscious.

His father immediately caught him with his hands, called upon a taxi, laid him inside, and took him to the hospital. In the meanwhile, he called his wife and asked her to come straight over to the hospital to explain the situation.

"He drank the poison, making the situation critical, now he was unconscious and could not know the exact position of him until 48 hours" Doctor removed his mask from his nose and went away leaving the two in sadness.

A few days later, he recovered and was discharged from the hospital, Mathew's parents taking him back to their house. He is now a little bit addicted to bad habits. He cries like his heartbreaks, unable to forget her at all in every moment of his day passed. His parents were devastated to see his suffering. They do not even understand how to change him from the present situation.

He had collected some objects from her to mark the feelings forever in his heart in the past. Those are her scarf which she had worn when she visited his house for the first time, the coffee cup which she drank when she was at his home, and her photo on her book as well as on his mobile screen. As a sailor who does not know how to swim in the sea, he is drowning deep as if someone is holding his leg and pulling him down.

While he was trying to drink the alcohol, he felt like she came to him and asked not to do so. Whenever she came into his mind, he used to cry like a kid, forgetting about the surroundings. Sometimes he would get drunk and fall somewhere intoxicated. For his father, it became the norm daily and every night he searched in the bar or near the bar for him.

A few years later, Mathew somehow started learning to live without Clara, as he came to know that she would never return to him. Now he was one of the famous event managers in the city and managed well with the workload as well as his staff. He became completely ruthless after the breakup, he always fired on his staff even if a small mistake was made by them.

One day, Mathew was busy with his work on an event which was held at the President's place for his personal function which was arranged very grandly and the entry was for only VIPs in the city… He suddenly saw Clara at the function and felt happy. But for the next minute, he was hidden behind a wall so that she wouldn't see him.

The reason he might be hiding was the baby in her arms, he was shocked to see her in that position and began to have a lot of doubts in his mind.

"Did the baby belong to her? How can she marry another person so quickly and lead a happy life without any pain in her heart? I have been suffering from pain in my heart for so many days, but she was looking very happy right now".

"Who might be her husband? Is he a big shot to enter this VIP function? The person standing in front of her does not belong to her in the past, so I could not see her husband? Who are those old people in front of her?"

A lot of questions are crawling in his mind and wants to find out the truth hiding behind her as soon as possible…
