Pink cheeks III

(Mrs Cha POV)

Phew. I'm finally closing up for the day. I wish I had more energy I would have stayed up till 10pm like last night. But the correct closing time is 7pm so I don't think I'm under working. After this month I think the business would have grown enough to hire one or two salesperson.

Since the month is almost ending I should start scouting for workers. I'll just put a few ads online and at the front of the store. Because to be honest closing at 7pm is not so much a loss, but I could gain more if I even make it a 24/7 store. Yes one person could do the day shift and another could do the night shift; then of course I'll check in regularly.

I should head home now. That girl can't even take care of herself I'm sure she hasn't eaten yet. She must be lazy or busy to even just cook for herself. I locked up the store and started walking home.

I wonder why they haven't sent a lawyer for me yet. I will call them later in the evening.

I finally reached the house and I opened the door. I walked in and saw Bong Cha sitting on the couch right in front of the TV staring vaguely at it. What show is she watching like this? I noticed a tear trickle down her cheek. Is it a sad one?? I walked further and looked at the TV screen. The TV was turned off.

I stared at her again deeply concerned. What happened to her. "Is it Ji Hoon?" I asked my voice echoing in the house. She abruptly turned to my direction and we made eye contact. Why is she being so dramatic about Ji Hoon?? I noticed a piece of paper on the small coffee table.

I walked over to it and picked it up. I immediately gasped when I realized what it was. "B-Bong Cha...""is the information there correct?" She asked not even looking at me. I stared at the paper in silence not even knowing what to say as tears trickled down my face. We sat there in silence for a few seconds until she burst out.

"Answer me now!!!! Yes or no?" I sighed dropping the paper on the coffee table. "We need to talk...""yes or no!!!" She cut in get more irritated as tears rushed down her cheeks. "Yes" I replied and the room fell silent. "Bong Cha, I was going to tell you after I got their custody. Your father is with your siblings. I've been trying to get them back. I would have told you but I knew you would hate me after finding out that you're illegitimate and that's why we got kicked out of your grandfather's house. But now that you've found out everything what can I do. All I can do is ask for your forgiveness" I explained in tears

She looked at me in shock. "S-So I'm illegitimate??!?" She asked get agitated. Oh no, I think I have off too much. She probably only knew about her siblings but not this much! "Cha... Bong Cha..." she got up and went to her room and within seconds she came out with two traveling bags and she walked out.

"Please don't go" I begged none stop but she didn't even spare me a glance. I threw myself on the floor as I burst into tears. What have I done??
