Otherworldy conquest - A saga to become the emperor of Another world

Ichiri was about to die from Cancer when the child of time-god appears in his dream with an invitation to do their job of trying to become an emperor of the whole world in another realm. Ichiri agrees and so begins his journey of conquering the otherworldly to reclaim its throne for his own.
