One Piece:Becoming the King of the World from the Rocks Era

In the world of One Piece, on the edge of a small island called Feiqing Island, within the Navy's protective zone, stood Li Yuan, a thirteen-year-old towering at 1.8 meters with long, blood-red hair and a look of confusion in his eyes.
