Runz and his apprentice were currently talking about the assignment Runz had given him. It was the final task a mentor God gave to his apprentice before they were considered TRUE WORLD MONARCHS , the creation of a world. Runzs apprentice, Noragi- a god with the initial domain of mana, used an anime adaptation from one of the worlds that Runz governed, named 'Jujustu Kaisen'. He had tried as much as possible to change certain events in the world to fit his desire, especially the events of the main cast. But as he said earlier fate is a bitch and he could only make miniscule changes as fate tried to correct what he was doing.

-I understand your dilemma, Noragi, so let me give you one final lesson. Do you know the reason why humans and other beings with intelligence are special?-

-No- Noragi answered, he was wondering what made them so special for his mentor to ask him that.

- It is because unlike transcendent beings like us humans have the potential to go against fate. The willpower to fight against their preordained destiny!- He stood up and spread his arms apart as he spoke.

- I-i think I do. If I want to change a certain fate I need a human to do it for me, at the end of the day whether or not I or the human brings about this change my desired outcome will still be achieved so it doesn't matter!-

Runz laughed and then pointed his index finger at his apprentice.

-"Indeed it is as you have said Noragi... BUT!... for that to occur you need to introduce a variable,

in other words a soul, taken away from another universe entirely, to avoid fate's retribution, and integrate them into the world you hope to affect"-

- But won't fate attempt to destroy such an anomaly?-

- It simply cannot because you would use natural means to bring the soul into your world-

-Ah I see, so that's how it is-

Runz sat back down and looked at the world Noragi constructed with a thoughtful look on his face.

- Well congratulations! You have official become a World monarch as for this world I'll be borrowing it from you-

Noragi face looked as if he had eaten shit for a whole week. Eventually he gave up and allowed his 'former' mentor do whatever he wished.

-Don't worry I'll just change a few things- a devilish smile crept unto Runz face as he began to implement his own plans.
