Nephilim Awakening

Utopia, a place where the world is united, and everyone lives in peace. Well, obviously not, not everything is perfect, there’s still everyday crime, and monstrous robotic beasts attack the city every once in a while, they come from the outskirts. They are called the nephilim. Originally, super powered beings showed up, and supported the fight, but after a major incident, the government made superpowers illegal. Either making them submit and not use their powers. Or transfer them to special “facilities”.
