Mark sent Sarah to the hospital. He stood outside the ward with one hand in his pocket and did not go in. He only warned, "Sarah, put more medicine on your face. I apologize to you on Isla's behalf."
Sarah looked at the man she loved deeply in front of her, and tears fell without warning. She laughed and cried at the same time, "Apologies to me on her behalf? Mark, you automatically classified Isla as yours, right?"
The last thing she wanted to admit was his transference. How much she envied Isla for being easily recognized by him and even the entire Thomas family. The pride, preference, and indulgence he gave her in the past will all belong to Isla in the future.
Too unwilling. She was jealous to the point of madness.
But he was just stating a fact, "Isla is my fiancée."
"What about me?" Sarah couldn't control her emotions and shouted hysterically, "Who am I to you? Do you have any heart?" It turns out that love can make people crazy.
