Who am I?

People have always said I looked younger than I am. Some may take this as a complement, but to me, it's a curse. Despite being 26, I am often mistaken for a child, around 12 or 14. I would like to thank the graceful genes my parents have given to me! Now I am stuck with a short stature and a baby face for life. The fact that I need glasses doesn't help either.

Though, my parents have also given me a second gift. They've managed to secure an arranged marriage to one of the most beautiful woman I have ever seen - Jaya.

She is almost a goddess. Her tall figure complements her womanly curves - especially around her chest and waist. She takes great care of her silky smooth hair, which flows like the wind. Her dark, clean complexion gives off a mature vibe. I didn't think much of this at first, but her toes are manicured and her soles are always clean. Top it off with white nail polish, and I unironically would pray to them

She may be a bit quiet personality wise, but is always caring and responsible. Whenever we have a child, she has the mother part down.

Honestly I was a bit iffy on the marriage, but since both of my parents were on good terms, I decided to go with it. We had our traditional marriage, and moved into this nice suburban house I bought (with my money, all thanks to selling a startup I made).

The first month was probably one of the best times of my life! We spent so much time together. She actually liked my humor, and would listen to the stories I had about looking younger than I am. She would often find them interesting. We'd usually do this during dinner eating her delicious meals.

Jaya doesn't share that much about herself, and I simply let it be at first. However, things changed drastically in one night.

It was Monday, around 9PM. After a long day of work, Jaya and I were lying in our king sized bed simply relaxing before we went to bed. She was on her phone texting something, while I was reading this interesting book I found.

"Agriya, I'll be right back." Jaya said, getting out of our bed. This is what she always says when she needs to use the bathroom, so I responded with a simple "alright" and went back to my book.

Or did I?

Jaya was always secretive about her phone, and would rarely let me see it, despite me knowing her passcode. Now would be a good time to do a little bit of research! I took her phone and unlocked it. The first thing I went to check is her gallery.

Scrolling through, I found pictures of herself, me, and the food she makes. Nothing so interesting. I then decided to check the photos from last year and found a group photo with three people I have never met…two girls and one boy.

The man was tall, had dark skin, a well kept beard, and curly dark hair. He had a Hawaiian shirt on with some shorts. One of the girls was tan, with black hair tied in a bun. She wore a nice red strapless dress. The other was a bit darker, with black, wavy hair flowing behind her. She wore jeans and a crop top. Both of them were as endowed as Jaya.

Speaking of Jaya, she was standing next to the man, his arm wrapped around her shoulder. The other two women stood at both sides of them. I started to get a little suspicious, so I tapped the image and saw who each person was (her phone had a feature like that).

The guy's name was Nishad, the girl with the updo was Panchi, and the girl with the wavy hair was Vinati. Again, I have never met these people, but they seem very close to my wife. Why hasn't she talked about them before? Interesting. I closed the app and went over to her messages. Right under my chat, there was a group chat featuring these people called "Besties !!" with a heart emoji.

I opened it up, and quickly skimmed their conversations. They seemed to be simply talking about their lives or sending a lot of funny or cute memes. I saw more pictures of them as well.

I then found a picture of me and Jaya. It was a cute selfie that she took with me before we went out to a restaurant for a little dinner. Though, it was a little uncomfortable because she pushed me right to ther chest. Below that, there was an: "Aww he's so cute!" From Vinati, a "Very nice <3" From Panchi, and a "He looks young" from Nishad followed with "Jaya really good tho." < p>

But suddenly I heard an "Agriya!" and saw my wife standing at the door. She looked very pissed. I slowly turned the phone off and hid it under the bedsheets.

"Sorry." I apologized, with a slight smile.

Jaya sighed and took her phone back. She saw what I was looking at, and sighed again. "I was going to introduce you to them soon!" She said.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner? Your friends seem fun." I asked.

"I-I just wanted to get to know you more." She looked down shyly, "Hanging out with you was the priority after we got married so…" When she said this, my heart grew a bit. That was so sweet of her!

"Fair enough." I chuckled, "Sorry for looking without your permission." Jaya climbed into bed and covered herself with our blanket. She then came really close to my face and caressed my cheek.

"How about I invite them to our house tomorrow? For a formal introduction?" She cooed with a smile.

"O-okay." I stumbled. I was honestly expecting to potentially ask her to have sex with me later, something we haven't done ever since we've gotten married. I was super prepared for it, but I guess this was fine though. "Sounds good."

Jaya kissed my forehead and turned off our lam. She then snuggled me and pushed my head to rest on her chest. "G'night baby~"

I think I fell asleep pretty quickly being all snug and that. It was a very motherly action! Though, I do remember thinking that this was the first time that Jaya had called me baby. It was really nice. I was also thinking about Jaya's friends and how they would be when they met me…but ever since that night, I'd never see my wife in the same light again.
