Puppets Fate
Leng Feng looked at the woman who was crying and pleading for forgiveness. He found it laughable and, at the same time, was amused by how someone once seen as cold and aloof could now be in such a vulnerable state, easily taken advantage of.
"Oh, how a lifetime of experience can transform someone from an aloof fairy to a weeping mess," Leng Feng thought and chuckled with amusement.
Amidst his thoughts, Leng Feng had a realization: Was his own lifetime of experience fake? Crafted by someone to mold him into who he was now? Was he always just a mere puppet, destined to remain one in the future too?
He questioned whether his love, hatred, pain, resentment, and tears were just part of a simulation created by someone.
As he pondered, he chuckled at himself. Even if it was the emotions he felt were real. So what if he was a puppet? with his Chin held high, he stared at the heavens and uttered, "Against all odds, if I find you, puppeteer, you'll wish you were never born."
