100. Bigger picture

Karina made her way to Victor with her tail stuck up between her legs, literally.

Victor was shackled by Voilus at the moment and left under his custody. Victor was sat on his heels his head face pointed at the floor. He was in the middle of trying to grasp the current situation. He was rendered unable to save his daughter who was about to be sacrificed and the last person he would want to see was Karina who craftily fooled the the entire family as she so convincingly acted her part out.

Karina: "Umm Lord Bluemond, I come bearing good news."

She managed to put up a smile.

With little strength to muster, Victor raised his head to face Karina.

"What? Going to kill me quickly without pain? Or do you plan on turning me into a slave?"

Victor uttered.

"We found a way to save Cressida!"

She told him.

"But we need your help with that"

She then proceeded to explain the plan to him meticulously.
