As for the reason why Albert has a system , it is also a long story..

In an attempt to regain the lands they lost and to fully counter the invasion of these strange beings , Humanity has already decided to put science and Awakening professions as the main unit , but even after wasting centuries of worth time in wars, the situation is still a satlement between the various races present.

The place where Albert is currently located is called '4th district A1 ' a sub-branch of the head city A1 that is the central command centre for the human station in a radius of hundreds of miles .

It was when Albert just reincarnated into the body of a dead person that he realised he has been born with a very special power and can always feel an usual aura under the stones covering the grounds but after Awakening the system he has completly ignore this problem.
