"Are you really going to be engaged with James Scott?"

"What other choice, do I have," May said with displeasure on her face.

Ash didn't say anything about the topic. He just sighed and asked, "Would you like to have coffee?"

"Yes, sure." May thought that Ash would console her but seeing Ash's indifferent attitude she was disappointed.

Ash went to the kitchen and came back with coffee after some time. He handed May a cup of coffee and said, "Do you know what choice I was given?"

"Huh!" May looked at Ash with an exclamation mark on her head. She didn't know why Ash would ask her such a question.

Ash continued. "They gave me a very corrupt and nearly bankrupt company. I wouldn't even be considered a legal adult by most of the society was given such a company to run. Do know how I used that choice?"

May said, "I don't know."

"When that choice was given to me one thing immediately understood that who was good to me and bad for me. That way I left bad people and joined good people. Ash's words were an eye-opener for her so she felt grateful to Ash but above everything else she was relieved.

The was already feeling guilty for breaking the engagement without even discussing it with him and about a month ago when her friend tried to humiliate Ash about the engagement she felt bad and to put salt on her wounds Ash acted indifferently towards her.

In her 20 years of life, she never met anyone as annoying as James.

May was drinking coffee when she glanced at Ash. At that moment she thought, He looks a

Ash also got up and followed her to the gate. After they got out Ash said, "May. It might be hard for you to choose now but remember that it is never too late. In the evening, Ash went to Uncle Sam's office. Serena was also present along with Uncle Sam.

Serena asked Ash, "What is it now, why are we here?"

"We are here to meet the owner of a famous publishing house because I want to publish a novel."

"A Novel this time ?"

Yes, a novel." Ash confirmed her doubt.

Serena didn't think about it much because she knew how good Ash was at writing something. "Anyways, Why am I here too?" Serena asked.

"Because you are an excellent negotiator."

"With Uncle Sam here I don't think you will need to negotiate."

"She is right about that. The owner of the publishing house is a friend of mine. So he will give the best terms to you." Uncle Sam said to Ash

"When did you write this book of yours anyway," Serena asked,

"Just a glass of wine and ideas come running to my brain. "I wrote it during shooting.

Just as the three of them were talking Unde Sam's

secretary guided a man into the room.

The man was in his fifties and was the owner of Wipro publishing house. His name was Alfred

Lyttelton. Samual was a good friend to Alfred and when Samual asked him to publish a novel for his nephew he not only agreed but even decided to give his nephew the best benefits a writer could have.

Samual Wilson was a well-known lawyer in the industry and he had helped Alfred a lot in the past. So he accepted Sam's request to publish the novel without even reading the manuscript.

When Uncle Sam saw him he stood up and greeted him, Ash and Serena followed the suit.

Uncle Sam introduces him," Ash, Serena this is my good friend Alfred and Alfred this is my nephew Ash and his friend Serena.

"Nice to meet you Mr. Alfred" Ash extended his hand towards him.

"Aren't you a little too young to write a novel?" Alfred got a little reluctant after seeing that Ash was barely a teenager but then looked at Sam who had assured him that it was a well-written novel and was even ready to pay if any losses accrued so he didn't think it much and shook his hand with Ash.

Ash was a little displeased seeing Alfred's reluctance so he said," No one is too young as long as they take their work seriously."

"So what is your novel is about?" Alfred asked

Ash answered," It is a historical fantasy novel named, <Game of Thrones: A Song of Ice and Fire >.
