Unforgetable Lover

After discovering the way of how to defeat Binju, Woon and his entourage decide to immediately continue their journey to catch up on their remaining short time. They must immediately head to the west to Dam kingdom then heading to east to give a final attack on Binju at Yung kingdom. It will take about five days to the West from the North and it will take fourteen days from the West to the East. They don't have much time before a lunar eclipse appears.

"They will speed up your journey," said Elmo, the oldest creature in Mirac after bringing up five enormous white wolves from the empty air.

"They can run on passing through the water," Elmo added with a smile. Just then he waved his hand in the air and instantly appeared the trumpet shells in the hands of all the entourage which in time quickly turned into bracelets coiled in their respective hands. Gwi is the noly one who did not accept the trumpet shell.

"When you didn't ride these wolves, they would disappear back into the air instantly. You can use those trumpet shells to call them back," Elmo explained.

"And for you Gwi, I think you'd feel uncomfortable if you had to ride a creature of your kind, so instead...". Elmo looked at the werewolf then made a hand gesture in the air. Just then a strand of white light appeared and surrounded both of Gwi's hands and feet then seeped into his skin.

" You'll be able to walk on water in the form of your wolf with this power"

Gwi accepted it with a great pleasure. He strongly agreed with Elmo's brilliant idea, it was true that he would feel so uncomfortable if he had to ride this wolf to be able to cross the ocean. But he also didn't have the ability to walk on water before, so with the help from Elmo who gave him the power was a perfect thing for him.

"waaah commander-in-chief.... You can makin a new friends now, are any of them a female, maybe you can continue your bloodline now?" Ryu the junior commander teases his senior who is always being serious with almost everything.

He automatically received a hard smack on his back head by the werewolf. The look on Gwi's face turned red between being annoyed and embarrassed to hear the young man's words. The silly behavior of these two people always managed to invite a smile on the lips of their traveling companions. This time Elmo became an additional person who felt amused to see the behavior of the two young man before him.

Dan Oh, Woon and the others immediately take one wolf each and ride on the animal's back while Gwi transforms his form into a black wolf that has a different contrasting color from the five white wolves around him. The group was ready to continue their long journey now.

"The safe path to avoid Cheol's troops to the West is by passing a ghost forest, they never dared to pass through the place," Elmo said, providing alternative road recommendations for the royal entourage.

As the name suggests, the ghost forest is filled with ghosts who are always trying to find victims to bring into their world. Since the Cheol people were basically created from dead creatures, the ghost would quickly hunt them down and bring Cheol monster souls to the afterlife. That's why the Cheol monster never dared to pass through the forest.

"But... You have to be extra careful, the ghosts in the forest are very thirsty for the living souls. "We're leaving," Woon said his goodbye to the oldest creature on the planet and thanks him for everything. Elmo simply nodded steadily in response. His eyes were full of hidden meaning.

Woon led the army by spurring his wolves to run first followed by the others who ran with their wolves behind the prince. They rode the wolves down to the slopes in the cave through the lake at the bottom of the cave and then out of the place. They left the Northern region by spurring their mounts at the maximal full speed.

The speed of the wolves was really incredible, in less than two days they had reached the haunted forest. At this speed it would be easy for all of them to reach the Western kingdoms in a period of time faster than they had predicted.

From a distance the haunted forest appeared to be covered with a very thick fog. There was a voice of tree trunks clustered together that sounded so loud in the air. The temperature in this forest is much colder than all temperatures in the other areas of the Mirac. By getting closer, the entourage was able to hear the sound of singing echoing among the air in the forest. The song sounded so pitiful and eery in the ears of every creature that heard it.

"And when my soul is no longer mine, loneliness begins to haunt me, and I want to seize your soul as my company..." There is one of the verses of the song that is sung without a form in the forest.

"it's really scary here" muttered Ryu in a low voice while observing the surrounding around the forest.

The trees in this forest are large and wide with leaves that are so shady. The Sunlight or the moonlight is very difficult to entering into this forest because of the large number of leaves and thick fog around it. The tree has roots that hanged on and spread from above the leaves and branches that screech long from the main stem.

In this forest not only for once seen some women who appeared and disappeared behind the trees. The women wore long white dresses that waved through the air. There were some of them who stayed in their place from behind the tree watching the group passing through the forest. They have both eyes that are pitch black with glowing red pupils, their skin is so pale, bluish white while their hair is long to the ground. The female ghosts hide behind the trees and are ready to pounce on the soul of the creature that feels fear in their heart.

Suddenly there was a woman in her white dress waving through the streets in front of prince Woon and his entourage. The woman's face looked pale white with slightly blue lips. However, her face still looks so beautiful. The woman had long silver hair that looked so soft. The woman appeared in front of Prince Woon and looked at him in silence. There was a face full of sadness and deep longing inside her eyes. The prince getting caught up and watching the woman intentsly. He is looking at the woman's familiar face before him while dilating his two pupil.

"Pysche...." Prince Woon said quietly looking at the woman in front of him. In an instant his chest felt so heavy and painful, his heart pounded so quickly. The longing and sadness that he had forgotten for a moment suddenly filled his heart again.

The woman walked back towards the lush trees and disappeared. Without waiting for any second thought Woon immediately got off the wolf he was riding and chased after the woman who disappeared earlier. There was nothing else he could think of but to be reunited with the lover he had long longed for.

"Prince Woon!" called Dan Oh in a panicked voice when she saw Woon running quickly and disappearing behind the forest trees. By then the wolf Woon was riding had disappeared into the thin air.

"Woon!!" said princess Siera as she got off from her wolf and rushed after her brother.

"Princess..." Gwi has transformed his wolf form into a human and soon follows Siera followed by Dan Oh, Key and Ryu behind them. All of their wolves disappeared into the air as soon as they all descended from it.

The five of them pierced through the trees and removed the branches that were blocking their path. The road before them seemed so dark because no light can entered this forest. The thick fog seemed to fill the air and make them sometimes trip over roots and hit the branches of a creeping tree.

Suddenly some fireflies appeared with a yellow light glowing in the air. Far in front there, there are prince Woon who was silently standing in an opposite way with the figure of a woman who became his fiancée, Pysche.

"Prince Woon... I miss you so much..." Pysche said quietly. She seemed so miserable and lonely, it's looked like that she had gone through years with a full of suffering. The prince looked at Pysche with a teary look in his eyes. Slowly he walked towards the woman in front of him.

"Pysche... Is this really you?" asked Prince Woon to the woman. The ghost nodded slowly then shed tears between her two eyes, as if she was able to understand with certainty the sadness and longing Woon felt for her. The prince walked over and wiped away the tears that drenched her cheeks with a lot of tenderness.

"Prince Woon! Wake up, she's not real!" shouted Dan Oh from a distance as she walked to where the prince was standing with the ghost of the woman disguised as Pysche, his fiancée.

"Woon! Wake up !" cried princess Siera running fastly towards her only brother.
