CHAPTER 16:BATTLE 2

BAKUGOU POV

"Deku. That quirkless shit. He dares to keep secret about his quirk." Gripping his fist tighter as I remember the moment when I lose to him.

"How the heck that quirkless Deku has a quirk? A late bloomer perhaps? Whatever, I have got a score to settle with that Deku."

"But his quirk is strength enhancement where it has a drawback injuring his whole arm. The next moment I battle him, I need to be aware when he throws his punch toward me."

KAITO POV

Seeing the frown and the piss expression of Bakugou makes me think he currently is thinking ways how to beat Deku the next time they may.

Despite how rash he is, he is a smart guy.

"ALL RIGHT, LET CONTINUE THIS BATTLE TRIAL!!!" All Might said and taken the lots.

"Team B vs Team I," I smirk hearing that knowing I have the chance to beat Todoroki Shoto, the son of Endeavour, the number 2 hero.

'Wha?!'

Everyone was shocked when they heard it. They looked at both Todoroki and me.

"Team B will become the hero and the team I will become the villains," All Might said.

"Haha, interesting, let's go Hagakure, let's kill the hero," I laughed as I look at my partner.

"Yes, let's kill them," Hagakure said with an evil tone making me look at her up and down.

"..."

'You're too fast to enter your character invisible girl."

Shoji was on Team B, he knew that this battle trial would be very hard since his opponent was an enigma where he knows Kaito is super strong and fast.

Todoroki didn't say anything, only wanted it to be over soon.

Hagakure and I entered the building first.

The battle trial would start in 15 minutes.

"I'm going all out, Kaito. The gloves and boots are coming off," Hagakure said.

"Good, but is that okay? You're going to be naked," I asked her.

"Sure, you can't see me anyways," Hagakure said and threw both of her gloves and boots. She knew that I wouldn't be able to detect her after she had become entirely naked.

"I can just see her if I cancel her quirk or make my eyes have the ability to see her. Best to not tell her about that. I did not want to be labelled as a pervert." I thought in my head as I look at her with a serious expression.

"Hagakure. I've got a plan." I tell her.

"Heh? What is your plan?" She asks me.

"Just stay behind me. I will fight with both Todoroki and Shoji while you grasp the opportunity to capture them with this tape." I said to her as she nodded her head.

"Are you sure you will be able to take their attacks?" She asks me.

"Yeah," I replied.

Meanwhile, Shoji used his Quirk to detect both Hagakure and Kaito.

"We've got both on them at the north side of the fourth floor.

"Barefoot, the invisible one must be planning to ambush and capture us but why they are together though?" Shoji said.

"Go outside. It's about to get frosty here. Our opponents think they're playing a defensive game but..." Todoroki walked to the entrance of the building.

"What are you doing?" Shoji asked.

Todoroki didn't say anything but he froze the entire building with his power.

Shoji opened his mouth when he saw this scene.

"Let's go," Todoroki said and entered the building.

Shoji, who heard his voice, nodded and followed him.

Todoroki kept walking to the location of the bomb since he wanted it to finish this test as soon as possible.

Shoji who walked alongside him felt a strange feeling. He wasn't sure what this feeling was but it crept into his skin. He saw Torodoki wanted to enter the room where the bomb was located until he saw it the source of that dangerous feeling, "Todoro--." He saw it only for a moment but something very fast hit his stomach.

BOOM!!!

Todoroki was only an inch away from entering the room but suddenly he heard a crack sound coming from the wall and continued moving toward him. He needed to create his ice but his reaction was to slow.

BOOM!!!

"ARGGHH!!!!!" Todoroki felt that he had been hit by a truck but he hurriedly made ice to stop his attack.

"TODOROK--- ARGGGG!!!!"

Todoroki had never felt such strength before but he also knew that this guy was holding back since his bone didn't break but his entire body was hurt. He sees the ice he makes is destroyed.

*Crack*

The ice destroyed around Kaito who just look at Shoto with a confident smirk.

"Is that all hero? Then I will blow this building up along with you guys!"

Todoroki and Shoji looked up weakly and saw Kaito who has a dangerous glint in his eyes.

"Cough!" Todoroki stood up slowly and ready for another battle.

"Interesting, then, let's see whether you can beat me, HERO!!!!!"

Kaito then kicks an ice shard as the flying ice shard become fast because of that kick toward Shoji who has barely avoided it as the ice shard cut off some of his hair as Kaito suddenly appears in front of Shoji.

"He's fast! " Todoroki makes a wall of ice in front of him and Shoji but the wall of ice get blasted away as Shoji crash to the wall behind him.

"Gurghh." Todoroki then makes an ice spike toward Kaito but then his ice broke yet again and get destroyed surprising him, Shoji and the spectators.

Never Todoroki know that the spectators are more surprised what just happens when the entire floor has been frozen.

3RD PERSON POV

"Oi Midoriya. Are you sure you are alright?" Kirishima asks Izuku who nod his head as his right arm now has been bandaged by Recovery Girl. Of course, the heroine scolds him for injuring himself again.

"I wonder who will win. Todoroki or Kaito?" Ojiro wonders.

"I bet Kaito is the one who wins. I mean that guy is super strong and speed." Denki said.

"But if he got frozen then it is a game over for Kaito," Ilda mutters.

Just after the battle starts, ice covers the whole building as they see the ice slowly approaches Kaito who just keep smiling as he taps the incoming ice on the floor as all the ice get destroyed instantly.

"Huh? What did he just do?"

"Is his strength do that?"

"No. Then the floor will be destroyed but look carefully, only the ice is destroyed."

Then they see Kaito who pick up a huge chunk of ice as he then kicks it like he kicks a rugby ball as the ice shard become a very fast projectile that crash upon the wall near Todoroki and Shoji.

"The heck?"

"How the fuck is he doing that?"

Many students mutter as All Might now seems to be in deep thought.

"This Kaito. No doubt he is using something else to perform this kind of power." All Might thought in his head.

Then they see how fast Kaito knock out Shoji with a palm thrust that sends Shoji to crash to the wall as he fell unconscious.

"Strong." They all thought in their head as they see Todoroki is the only one who is standing opposite to Kaito who just look at him with an evil smile that benefits a villain.

"What's wrong Hero? You have use up all your tricks against me?" Kaito asks Todoroki who just send many blocks of ice but yet again, those block of ice did not hit Kaito as they get destroyed again.

"His attack did not hit Kaito at all," Denki mutters.

"It looks like he has some kind of barrier that protects his body," Fumikage said.

"Hmm. I guess this is your limit. So much for the recommended student huh? Bet you are just lucky to have participated in the recommended practical exam due to some influence you got huh?" Kaito starts to mock Todoroki who feel angry hearing this as he keeps blocking many ice shards and blocks toward Kaito who just yawn all those ice attacks demolished before they even hit Kaito.

"Tch. Guess you are just another weakling that I need to beat today huh? What a shame." Kaito said and that is all it needs for Todoroki to blast a huge spike of ice toward Kaito who just smirks seeing the incoming spike.

"Dodge Higurashi-shounen." All Might said through the communicator that is connected toward the building.

"Hah. This ice attack is not enough to injure me at all." Kaito steps forward meeting head on the ice who crumbles again as some of the ice shards bounce back toward Todoroki who had no way to avoid as some of the ice shards tore his Hero Uniform.

"Oi. Todoroki. Let's see how you counter this with your ice." Kaito's right hand then erupt in flame as Todoroki widen his eyes.

"He also can use fire. This is bad." Todoroki quickly makes many layers of the ice wall.

"Fire Fist!" A column of fire is blasted by Kaito destroying many layers of ice walls as Todoroki blast an ice blast from his hand toward Kaito to counter back his flame.

"Arghhhh!" Todoroki shouted as the collision of ice and flame continues with neither side never intend to give up.

"You weaker than me anyways. Just give up." Kaito tells Todoroki who just grit his teeth as he feels insulted and angry hearing what Kaito said to him.

Seeing no reply from his opponent, Kaito sigh as he decides to add vector toward his flame with putting more firepower in his fire blast.

Todoroki meanwhile sees this as he grits his teeth seeing he is being pushed back with no chance of winning right now.

The flame now is starting to approaches him as he closes his eyes accepting his fate to lose against Kaito.

That is until a girl voice can be heard behind him as Todoroki feel something just bind him.

"Got you Todoroki-san." Hagakure announces as the battle ended as both heroes get captured by the capture tap due to Hagakure which both students who are the Heroes forget about her.

"Villains Win." All Might announces as Kaito make his flame disappear as he smiles in triumph knowing he has beaten Todoroki again this time.

"Hah. Another flawless victory for me. Nice job, Hagakure." Kaito said toward the Invincible girl who high five her hand with him.

Both then walk away until Kaito stop as he look toward Shoto.

"Hmmp. If you want to become a hero withholding back all your power, I suggest you drop out of this school Todoroki. This school did not need a coward like you who did not has a determination and give all your best to become a hero." Kaito said toward Todoroki who just look the ground feeling shame and angry toward Kaito.

Of course, he feels shame knowing he fully lose against Kaito and angry to him for calling him a coward. But then again, he is a coward for not using the other Half that he did not fully intend to use it.

"What a one-sided battle," Ochako said seeing Kaito single-handedly beat both Shoji and Todoroki.

The other also think the same thing as they know Kaito is the strongest in their class right now.

"That bastard. One after one, he keeps showing all those powers and make a fool of us." Bakugou thought in his head while grilling his fists seeing this.

"Higurashi is really strong. Will I be able to catch up to him?" Izuku thought in his head.

"This Higurashi-shounen. If he is a villain, he will be one terrifying opponent and it reminds me of that man base of the display of his powers." All Might thought in his head seeing the displayed strength and power of Kaito.

KAITO POV

In the end, the class ended with me getting many stares from my classmates as they seem to know who is the Alpha of Class 1A.

I am now packing my things into my bag as I did not want for Kendo and Yui to wait for me too long.

That is until Deku, Ochako, Ilda, Denki, Kirishima, Tsuyu, Mina and Momo approaches my table.

"Kaito. Do you want to join us to go to the cafe near the school?" Ilda ask me as I eye them all.

"No. I already have a plan with my other friends from class 1B. Maybe we can hang out next time." I replied as I excuse myself from them and walk out of my class to meet up with Kendo and Yui.

"It seems Kaito has friends from class 1B," Kirishima said.

"Hmm. Maybe he goes date with his friend?" Denki said.

"That is a possibility. Anyway, that Kaito sure is a lone wolf. I never see him eat with us." Sero said with all of them nodded their head.

"That bastard likes to do things on his own even during his middle school." Bakugou suddenly chimed in as he walks out from the classroom.

"Ah. Now I remember, Midoriya, aren't you in the same middle school with Higurashi and Katsuki?" Tsuyu ask Deku who nods his head.

"How are they in the middle chool? No, just tell us about Kaito as I already know how Bakugou in the middle school." Tsuyu continued.

"The same brash boy who keep saying many bad words very loud," Mina said as they all chuckle hearing that.

"They both keep fighting with each other and Kaito always emerged as the winner," Izuku replied.

"Geez. We sure have one powerful classmate." Kirishima said as they all agreed with her statement.

ALL MIGHT POV

"Interesting. His quirk becomes interesting each time he shows it." Principal Nezu says as Aizawa, Vlad King, Cementos, Midnight, President Mic and I are watching the video of Kaito's display of power.

"How can the ice destroyed before it hit him?" Midnight asks.

"Must because of his quirk. He maybe creates a shield around his body that no one can see it."Vlad King replied.

" And how about the accelerated ice shards?" Cementos ask.

"Projectile. He can control projectile or he can make anything he kicks or touches to go faster." President Mic said.

"And this flame. It is not the black flame from the Practical Exam but nonetheless, this display of flame is similar to Endeavour's quirk." I said toward them.

"This Kaito sure is an intriguing one. " Nezu said.

"Keep watching him. A powerful student like him needs to be guided to the right path." Principal Nezu says as we all nod our head.
