Hey guys, I understand that there hasn't been a chapter in a bit, and I am sketchy with my updates. I will work on that and try to use my time accordingly to get something out at least once a week, if not more. As a reminder, I do not own Marvel, X-men, Superman, or my car. Thanks, and enjoy.

Shield HQ...
Fury's Office...
Inside a dark office amidst six different screens with different blurred-out individuals, you can see a man sitting at his desk with a prominent scowl on his face. Upon looking at this man's face, you would honestly be surprised by how the people on the screen can talk to him the way they are without dying by just his glare. This would be Nick Fury, and in front of him on the screen would be the World's Sissy... The World's Security Council.
"Nick, you need to find the individual that showed up last night at the Expo. What are you doing to track this man down?"
"Yes. You need to come up with at least a plan for this."
"I understand, and I have had agents on this guy for a while. We are pretty sure he showed up a while ago in Virginia. We cannot confirm this as of yet, but we are running on some leads. I have some of the best agents getting on this right after the New Mexico issue is resolved." Fury said with his hands steepled under his chin. 'Jesus, I hate these people.'
"Good. All these enhanced people coming out of the woodwork or creating their own armors and doing whatever they want unchecked is ridiculous. We need to get a handle on this. We expect updates, Fury." Pierce said right before all the screens turn off and disconnect.
"Coulson!" Fury yelled
"Yes, Sir?" Coulson said as he came into the room
"Anything new on the Expo event and our new... friend? Was is it you are calling him now?" Fury asked
"Codenamed: Superman, Sir, and no, nothing new. Tony sent over the video from his suit, and it looked like the guy teleported when he ripped the reactor out of Vanko's chest. Even Stark tech could barely keep up with him." Coulson said
"Great. We have a guy that moves almost at the speed of light and can rip a roof off a facility with a cough. Wish the man would fart; tracking him with a seismograph would be easier." Fury said while rubbing his temples.
"We can only hope, sir," Coulson replied

Andy POV...
Watching the Bifrost from above when the Lady Sif and Warriors Three popped out of it was beautiful. The colors that alternate throughout the spectrum left me speechless. It was like an Aurora Borealis with more colors shining straight down in a specific place. The amount of force used to send them would make you think that the surroundings would be obliterated, but no, it was pretty mellow. The pattern seen from above created what looked like a summoning portal. The runes were beautifully crafted along the edges of three different circles going inward towards the warriors. What baffled me was that they stepped right on the runes and ring, and nothing was damaged.
"How the fuck does that even work? It's sand. That shit should have been destroyed when they walked on it." I said out loud
Now I am contemplating whether to just fuck up the Guardian or allow Thor to play out his part. I know there are all kinds of theories about his hammer and how you need to be worthy of it, and blah blah. It all sort of makes sense to me. I mean, yeah, I can see there being man-made or dwarf, I guess, sentient beings in this world full of magic and Gods, but thinking about everything logically, I just don't believe his hammer picks who is worthy or not by itself without any input like a magic program.
If you think about it realistically, you have a weapon that could potentially rival Odin, and I know for a fact that Odin would not allow that. He is too controlling to allow a weapon of that magnitude out of his control. Now, that doesn't mean there are no triggers that would enable the hammer to somehow pick who else is worthy or not, like some sort of mini-test that was programmed into it. If Odin had to skim through everyone who tried to pick up the hammer, like some sort of interview, he would go insane.
So the overall control of the hammer is in Odin's hands. However, when Odin deactivates his complete control over the weapon, the pre-programmed 'magic' starts with its own testing. This is shown when multiple Villians and even a Paramedic can lift the hammer easily. There is no way Odin would allow some evil bastards to wield it had he known about it. This brings my thoughts to the here and now.
The Guardian just enter the town, having used the Bifrost to get to the Earth a little after Sif and the Warriors.

Sif's POV
While Thor was evacuating all the civilians and getting everyone to safety, we were trying to figure out a way to take this thing out and protect our friend.
"Alright, guys, let's do what we trained to do," I said to my friends.
"So just a head-on charge it is, I guess. I should have guessed." Fandral said
"Come along, Fandral, where would the fun be in skirting along. Best to just overwhelm in a frontal duel." Volstagg said as they all walked down the street towards the monstrosity tearing up the surroundings.
We all got in position in front of it, and everything seemed to stop for a moment. Until Volstagg was thrown at the behemoth.
"FOR ASGUARDDDDDDDDD." He yelled as he was flying towards the Guardian, and right as they hit, a huge dust cloud was created, followed closely by two sonic booms.
"Is that it? We just throw Volstagg at enemies now, and they stop working?" Fandral asked as the smoke started to clear, and there was beginning to be a noticeable lack of the Guardian present. "Did you eat it, Volstagg?"
"*Cough* *Cough* No, I did not eat it. I haven't had something that big in a while. I did feel my blade hit it, though. Perhaps it wasn't as powerful as legends say." Volstagg said while coughing a bit due to the dust cloud.
"My friends! I knew you all were strong, but to take out the Guardian this easily. HAHA. I knew I could count on you four." Thor says as he starts walking over arms wide with a big smile.

Andy POV
Yeah, I decided to fuck with them a bit and fuck Thor's plot. The way I figure it, Odin will give back his hammer regardless of what happens. The dude is a spoilt brat, honestly.
Right as Volstagg would have been pimp slapped by the Guardian, I flew in and smashed the construct in the chest, creating a giant dust cloud which allowed me to leave without detection as well. It was pretty funny seeing their faces afterward. I can't believe Fandral thought he ate it. I was laughing pretty hard at that.
The Guardian itself was collecting itself back outside the boundaries of the town. The fact that none of them noticed the cloud right outside the city was incredible. So when it got to its feet and started running back towards them like they just killed its cat, they were wholly unaware. They quickly formed back up, and Thor slowly backed away.
'Guess Loki got pissed off and, I never knew the Guardian could actually run, and quickly at that. I guess it would make sense seeing as he has to catch thieves, though.' I thought as I descended.
The Guardian stopped and prepared to fire plasma again as it heated up, and I appeared right in front of the Warriors and held out my hand as it fired. My beam bounced off my hand in multiple perpendicular directions until it stopped.
"Cute. Are you done inflicting unnecessary destruction on my world?" I said as my feet landed on the ground.
"Who are you?" I heard Sif ask behind me
"You can call me Solaris. I will deal with you aliens after this. Be quiet and hang tight until then." I say as I block another beam from the Guardian and start walking towards it. "I think you have dealt enough damage to my planet," I say as I rush towards it and punch it into the air.
Pulling a play out of Rock Lee's book, I start slamming the Guardian from every angle. It took about 5 hits before it showed any sign of damage from me hitting as hard as I can. Still, eventually, the damage built up until I slammed my foot into the back of its head as it was facing the ground in an axe kick, and its head came off as it rocketed back towards the Earth.
'Well, that was anticlimatic. I was expecting at least a bit of a fight.' I thought as I landed right outside the mini crater I created with the body of the Guardian.
Everyone in the surroundings didn't make so much as a sound at the sight that they just witnessed.

A/N: Some clarification. The Guardian I speak of is the Vault Guardian of Asgard. Some know this being as the Destroyer, and yes, that is accurate for the Comic version. The Guardian is named as such by me because it doesn't destroy shit. It sits in the Vault and guards stuff. The comic version Destroyer was built to destroy Sentinels and fought in wars.
To all you theoretical people that want to pick my story apart. I really do not give a shit about what you have to say. If you think my theory on Thor's hammer is bullshit. I could care less. You are wasting your time writing a review about such stuff.
Intellectual comments and Criticism are always welcome, and you know who you are. Perhaps I'll do a shoutout at some point had a lot of you write this fic with me. Anyways till next time. Like 1550 words before my rant, sorry.
