As Michael went away from there with his friends. I also went behind him to see till the gate of the hospital to confirm he left. while coming back I see that the girl Sara and she look so beautiful and as I turn there was a mirror in which I saw my reflection, I thought it was Sara but for my horror it was me. I was totally confused by that, and was thinking what was happening but for my surprise suddenly a middle age man in black suit came to me and said ' mam sir looking for you' and I replied why. As I was going to ask a man with 4 five man in black came and pulled my ear. I scream in pain and he was keep doing it. In pain and anger I shouted, " you old man what the hell you want huh ". he kept looking at me surprisingly and his hand was still on my my ear.

Afterwards without saying anything he left, and Men in Black said " ma'am are you alright you seems to be different". And I replied saying, " Who the hell are you ? ". After going towards My ward he told me I am Nora William ( little same as Sara) . William family's ( The richest among Asian companies and Families) only child. And I got in accident so I was Inside this "Citizens hospital". After knowing all I was proceeding to know what is going on suddenly that muscular old man came back with a doctor. He discuss something with him and then doctor came to me and started his procedure of examining me. After all that he said I am may be having amnesia. I was totally amazed with surprise that I don't have to make any stories.
