Let Shadows Die

Ryoto, a veteran of the Great War, returns to the Capital a battle-hardened soldier. He remains in a constant state of depression, forever reminded of the horrors of the War. Seeing this, Ryoto’s uncle strikes a bargain with the Emperor, in an attempt to lift the spirits of his poor nephew. Ryoto is soon betrothed to the Emperor’s daughter, on only one condition. Ryoto must become a pawn in the political games of the Empire.
