32. she was still herself(?)

Her light was an original pure white, lower the strength the darker it became and at death, that core became a pure black...

Snow Ledwig's was a pure white core and it glowed a dazzling white, both her mental and physical strength were maxed out and hence her soul force dazzled in the dark abyss of her unconsciousness.

As for Yuki herself, she felt that it wasn't as brighter, she guessed that her reincarnation sucked some power plus, it seems Betas are not supposed to have magic in the first place....

She had many guesses, about zergs, about the origin of this magic and so on.. but it would take some time to clarify them.

As usual, she went into deep contemplation before sighing...

She also wanted to try out her strength, and will probably work out to get them back to their peak... but for now, she will enjoy her, something that she neglected in her past life... she will take one step at a time.

Well, she had a lot of time to do that, first things first, she got to go back and tell that cute child that she was alright now.

For the matter, she checked herself on the mirror and with a slight smile said, "Cute~"

As an Alpha in her past life, it was inevitable that no matter how pretty she was, she still had very strong and sharp features, and with years of working as a vanguard in battles, she also gave out a strong and heroic presence, but Yuki was a beta and though not as soft as Omegas, she still had pretty features and also the satiny black hair and black eyes she only heard in the history book of Eloten and Erth.... which reminded her that this world was also not called Erth, she wondered where this was in the galaxy?

Anyway, she washed her face, made her hair and dusted off her dress, it was a bit wrinkled but not unsightly, with a new vigour of a new life, she walked out... well, at least her eyes were clearer than usual, as for her face, it was the same as always, both Yuki and Snow had this tendency of not showing many emotions on their faces and gestures, not that they didn't like it, it had become a trademark of theirs.

It hadn't been more than 10 minutes since she ran into the washroom.

Yuki felt a certain spring to her feet, it was like a weight that had been weighing on her all her life was finally taken off, she felt light and good.

As for why it happened today of all days, she chose to ignore it, it didn't matter in the least~

She came out only to see a group of people, who she guessed was the Imperial doctors and guards were coming running towards the room where she left Aki, she got a bit worried and hurriedly followed them in.

Those people knocked on the door and entered the room, the small and young Yuki was a step behind, in a way, walking behind people was a noble experience for the ex-marshal!

Once inside, they hurriedly asked the question which also came out at the same time as hers.

"Crown Prince, are you hurt?" and "Aki, are you fine?"

Of course, the first one was spoken by the head of the imperial doctors while the other was said by Yuki.

Aki was still seating in an upright position with his one hand clenched and put over his lap and the other holding the cuff of Crown's Prince practice uniform.

They both heard the knock and looked up only to hear these two lines.

Aki saw his Onee-chan and the tears he was holding up finally came out again, he softly got down from the sofa and ran to her with his small legs with his hands parallel to the ground, he wanted to reach her and hug her, he cried, "wuwuwuw... Onee-chan!!!!!"

Yuki who saw this again felt that there were no negative emotions left from her past self, who didn't hate the omegas but couldn't see eye to eye with them, well, though she said it like that, the only Omegas she saw as an aristocrat, then a fiancee and then a marshal was just one, the Empress, Oriole and also the reason she didn't hate them as a whole, she only had experience with that one Omega and they didn't get along and without any comparison, she couldn't just start disliking the whole group, right?

She wasn't a person like that... but it still left an impact on her and she strayed away from them, but without her memories in this world, she saw them as it is and the feelings she had for them was neutral which changed to 'liking' when she finally met her baby brother...

Finally, confirming it now, she could say that, she really was Yuki Winterdale and living in an unbiased world of her own, she could finally see the world in a new light.

"Goodbye, Snow Ledwig.... Your world will remember you and me too, but I will live as Yuki Winterdale in this world..."

She saw the child crying and running and also took a few steps forward and easily held him up, 'Well, as for the control of our 'magic', I'll use all your knowledge to my favour', with her physical strength, carrying Aki was easy as holding a cotton ball~

Well, this was both Yuki and Snow, if not for the world, they could be downright sly for their own good, the last world didn't let her be selfish, but now it was totally different!
