Killer's Paradise

A young man with jet black hair stood motionless in a large field. Blood soaked every part of his body with tens of bodies laying around him. In his hand was a glowing sword made of Ather metal. The metal shined brightly in the afternoon sun.

Around the youth were hundreds of knights with their weapons drawn. Some of the knights already tried to capture or kill the youth but were struck down in near moments.

"Demon!"

The knights couldn't believe their eyes. Such a young man killed tens of knights with a few slashes of his sword. The knights screamed and shivered at the sight of the youth.

The circle around the youth quickly became wider and wider as the knights backed away from him. The youth brought his head up and a devilish grin appeared on his face.

Seeing this, some of the knights dropped their weapons and started to run away.

"Men! Stop running and circle the demon! We have been ordered by Prince Floren of Wincefell to capture this demon dead or alive!"

A knight in bright gold armor came forward with his sword raised high. The knight was on a horse that was also covered in golden armor.

"Heretic!"

Pointing to the youth the knight rode forward at full speed with his sword down low ready to chop off the head of the youth.

Charging forward the knight looked directly at the youth's face only to see the devilish smile the other knights saw. Being only seconds apart from one another the knight kept charging trying to forget the look of the youth.

The dirt under the horse kicked into the air as the knight's sword slashed with full strength at the youth.

*Ping*

The two swords met each other, the strength of the collision of swords sent the knight flying off his horse. Landing face-first onto the ground, the youth jumped forward and slashed multiples at the knight.

Cuts in the knight's armor started to appear with blood flowing from every part of his body.

"Captain!"

The other knights shouted as they saw their commander fall to the ground and continue to be beaten by the youth. Rage filled their bodies as they rushed forwards.

The youth noticed their movements and stopped slashing the golden knight and refocused his attention to the men approaching. Under his breath, the youth spoke,

"Thrilling… "

The remaining knights pushed forward only to be cut down by the youth. The smell of blood filled the air as each one of the knights fell to the sword of the youth.

After only two minutes of fighting, there were only two knights left. The knight in the golden armor and a knight that had his arm cut off but wasn't dead yet.

The youth walked over to the golden knight first, looking down from above straight into the eyes of the knight.

"Now, Now… You truly are in a bad position right now… Aren't you?"

*Cough* "Heretic.. *Cough* You will never get out of this kingdom alive. *Cough* All Hail the Chur..."

The youth brought down his sword into the knight's heart killing him instantly. Returning his attention to the last knight he retrieved his sword and went to greet the young knight.

"Church this, Church that… Is that all that you knights talk about these days? Is your precious god going to come down and save you?"

"The All-Mighty God will come down and slay a heretic like you. The Church will kill every heretic in this kingdom if it is demanded by God!"

The knight rose to his feet and slashed at the youth.

"Wrong."

The knight's face froze, Looking down the lower part of his body was no longer there. The next instant a sword landed directly into his head.

"Ah. What a boring day. I was really hoping I was going to find someone interesting to kill today."

The youth now covered in blood from head to toe walked away from the deadly battle disappearing into the forest.

The Next Day

The same youth that just killed thirty plus knights sat inside of a small wooden shack. Washing his clothes and sword from the previous day. The youth still had a wild smirk on his face as he remembered killing the knights.

'Those idiots, all they think about is the church and god. But, they haven't seen god before just listen to the Archbishops that run the church.'

The youth's name is Arnold, Arnold is one of many people that don't agree with the church. The church has power over most of the continent.

The reason the church has so much power is that they are being protected by the Knight's Association. Inside of the Knight's Association powerful warriors are created.

These warriors are powerful enough to destroy armies of regular soldiers if they reach a certain rank. The ranks are divided up by how strong the knight is.

Starting with Tier 1 Knights, Tier 1 Knights are the weakest of the knights and are just slightly stronger than regular citizens. Being a Tier 1 Knight is pretty much just getting trained to fight and serve the Knight's Association. The majority of the knights inside of the Association are Tier 1 Knights.

Next is Tier 2 Knights, Tier 2 Knights are slightly more powerful than Tier 1 Knights. They receive more training from various organizations around the continent that are loyal to the church. The more powerful organizations take in promising Tier 1 Knights and create Tier 2 Knights with their influence and power.

Tier 1&2 Knights may be the most common type of knights, but their strength isn't even close to the Golden Knights. Golden Knights would be Tier 3 Knights but are referred to as Golden Knights. The reason they are named Golden Knights is that every Golden Knight wears Golden Armor and always apart of the church.

Golden Knights only come from the church, they are knights trained under the church to become slaves to the church and bring control over kingdoms. Their purpose is to fight kingdoms that are against the church by commanding Tier 1&2 knights into battle and take over kingdoms.

Next, are the Sapphire and Ruby Knights. Sapphire Knights are rare compared to Golden Knights. They are knights that have shown ridiculous contributions to the church or Knight's Association with their strength or achievements.

Ruby Knights are very rare knights, they are the top leaders of the Church and Knight's Association. Their power can rival the kingdom's whole armies. Even though the Church's leaders are mostly Archbishops there are some powerful Ruby Knights in their ranks. They are usually the ace or trump card of the church's power.

Finally, Mystic Knights. Mystic Knights are the all-powerful knights in past history a Mystic Knight by the name of Frederick Blossom was the pope of the church after killing the previous one. At the time, the church wasn't in a powerful position they only control parts of the continent.

Though, when Frederick got into power he took over the whole continent by force. Bringing the church into the number one power of the continent. Being a Mystic Knight extends your life by several folds. Frederick was able to live for over one thousand years before his death.

By the time Frederick died the Church already control most of the continent and established its power and was unrivaled for several decades.

Now we come to the present day when people are starting to fight back against the church. If you are not apart of the church you are killed, even if your apart of the church doesn't secure your safety. Any knights under the church are allowed to kill any non-knights if they think the person is trying to go against the church.

This rule put in place by the church caused many of the knights to abuse their power and get rich by threatening or killing powerful leaders inside of kingdoms.

With this rule in place, citizens all over the country are terrified of the knights and are starting to fight back against the church. Though, they aren't in huge numbers. With the punishment of death, only a select few warriors not under the control of the church or Association choose to fight back.

Arnold is one of those people that decided to fight back against the church. When he was just a child one of the knights from the church broke into his house.

The knight killed his father and raped his mother and sister before killing them as well. Arnold was on his way home from training to become a knight at a local martial arts training ground.

When he got to the front door, he saw his dad motionless on the ground with blood covering the ground and a large cut in his chest. Past that was both his mother and sister naked with both of their throats cut.

Arnold cried and hugged his father at the door before moving to his mother and sister. Upstairs the knight that killed the three was searching through each of their rooms taking valuables.

When the knight walked downstairs and saw Arnold he started to laugh.

"Haha! You must be the owner of the third room."

Arnold's body grew with rage as he looked up at the man.

"Wh… Why DID YOU KILL THEM!?!"

The knight smirked before bring out his sword.

"Haha, Your just a brat, may as well die too!"

The knight started to walk over to Arnold, Arnold, on the other hand, rushed over to the kitchen and grabbed a knight.

Arnold got a knife and rushed at the knight. Slashing and stabbing at the knight. Each time he struck the knight he cried harder and harder at the sight of his family dead on the ground.

*Boom*

Arnold flew back into the wall. The knight looked down at Arnold.

"You think a little knife like that will do anything to a knight like me? Now die!"

The knight brought his sword into the air and struck down at Arnold. The cut went all the way down his body from his left eye all the way down to his chest.

Arnold screamed in pain as he covered his eye.

"Haha! Listen, kid, I'll let you bleed out like the others. Your family tried to go against the church and I had to kill them."

Fighting through the pain Arnold started to speak.

"Wha... My family never tried to go against the church."

The knight went down on one knee and moved close to Arnold.

"That's what my report is going to say. HAHA!"

"Fucker!"

Arnold tried to throw a punch at the knight but was stopped by the knight.

"HAHA! You must have really loved your family… You see your mother over there? I made her watch me rape and kill your sister. You should have seen her face! It was simply mind-blowing! HAHA!"

Every part of Arnold's body filled with boiling hot rage, he grabbed the knife off the ground and launched at the knight. Arnold aimed for the Knight's head which wasn't covered by any armor.

The knife reached the knight's face and Arnold started to stab and slash the man's face over and over. The knight was caught off guard and fell onto his back.

Arnold kept coming stabbing the knight's face over and over again not stopping. Soon the knight's face wasn't even recognizable, his skull was shattered on the ground with his brain in pieces.

"You fucker!"

Arnold kept crying as his stabbing slowly came to a standstill. Tears rolled down his face as he got off the knight and leaned back into the wall.

The fresh smell of blood entered Arnold's nose. Looking at the knight, Arnold vowed to kill every last knight of the church and Association to get vengeance against the church and Association.
