Ambush

-Next Day-

Naoto woke up and began a light workout. He did pushups, sit-ups, squats, and planks. After that he went and ate breakfast with Asami and Chisato.

Asami seemed like she was better then yesterday. She actually greeted him when he went to the table, Chisato prepared everything and sat it on the table.

Even though they have maids, Chisato didn't want to rely of them for something like cooking. She enjoyed cooking for her family so she usually does it herself.

She finished setting the table, and gave thanks for the food. They all started eating and talking.

"So Nao-Kun! Later today i will enroll you into Asami's school. I have a feeling you'll

Like it." Said Chisato.

"Okay, thank you again for doing this for me." Said Naoto.

"Don't mention it." Said Chisato.

They finished eating and Chisato made Asami clean the table and dishes. Naoto went to his room and took a bath and got dressed.

He put on a black shirt, black pants, and black boots. He also had on a red jacket and silver earrings.

He made his way to Chisato's office and informed her that he will be out for most of the day as he had to buy some clothes and other necessities.

"Are you sure you're okay going alone? Asami-Chan can accompany you." Said Chisato.

"No it's fine, since it's summer break she probably doesn't want to hang out with me. I bet she'll probably want to hang around her friends." Said Naoto.

He felt Asami was making her way towards them. He could hear her on the phone with a girl asking her to go to karaoke.

"Well then go ahead, but be careful and make sure you come back at the proper time. I will be the one making dinner tonight." Said Chisato.

Naoto nodded and walked towards the main gate. He was thinking in his mind how nice it felt to have someone worry about him.

'Is this what's it's like to have a mother? It surprisingly feels nice.' Thought Naoto.

In his previous life and this life, he never met his mother. He was an orphan and was later adopted by an old man.

The old man was the closest thing he had to a father in his first life. So he treasured him a lot, Naobito in this life wasn't that great of a father, but he at least knew he wasn't and is trying to be better.

But in this life he knows his mother existed but from what his father told him. His mother died fighting a curse.

Apparently it was shortly after he was born. And since Naoto looked too much like her, Naobito basically ignored him for the majority of his childhood.

Naoto was raised by the maids and Maki and Mai's mother. But Naoto didn't like her because she pretended to be disgusted that Maki and Mai weren't "jujutsu sorcerers".

He could tell that she loved Maki and Mai, but she couldn't show it as she lived inside the Zen'in clan. Familial love was apparently not a thing in the clan.

But anyway, Naoto was already running from roof top to roof top. He wanted to get to Shinjuku as fast as he can.

Chisato's house was located in Saitama Prefecture. He was currently in itabachi, and making his way to Shinjuku.

Some time later he arrived in Shinjuku, and started shopping. He did need clothes as he only brought a few outfits as in the clan all he wore was a kimono and training clothes.

He went to the shopping mall that was located in Shinjuku and bought a lot of clothes and accessories. He also made sure to buy a lot of underwear and socks.

Some people questioned why a kid had so much money as he was buying from the more expensive stores. And even though Naoto was really tall for his age, some people could tell he was still a teenager.

(A/n: Naoto is 13 in case y'all forgot, he's 5'9 or 175cm. And if you think this is unrealistic, my brother is 15 and is almost 6'0/182cm.)

He just went on about his day and continued to pick up things he needed. As he was at the end of his shopping spree, he felt someone watching him, but when he went to look he seen no one.

He closed his eyes and let his senses spread across Shinjuku. He locked onto all cursed energy in the area and found a blank spot.

'Who ever is spying on me isn't the brightest. I'm assuming he knows that regular humans can't control cursed energy, so they release it unconsciously. He tried to hide his energy which actually gave him away.' Thought Naoto.

'I'll just continue on with my day, I know they'll follow me, so I don't have to worry about losing them.' Thought Naoto.

And just like he said, he continued on with his day. It was now 5pm, and he was ready to return, but his stocker was still around.

So he made sure to lead him towards a place without people. It was near an abandoned warehouse and Naoto could tell the stocker knew he was found out.

In the open area of the abandoned warehouse, Naoto sat his bags down and turned towards his stocker.

"So are you gonna come out or will you continue to hide?" Questioned Naoto.

"Hehe, so I was right. You did figure me out, my question is how." Said Miguel.

(A/n: If you're wondering how he found Naoto so fast. Ogi told them his destination.)

"Well you're really stupid, you tried to hide your cursed energy in a city full of it, wasn't too smart now was it?" Mocked Naoto.

Miguel just laughed and started to unravel a black rope. Naoto just looked at the rope and sucked his teeth.

'Dammit, that rope will disrupt my intangibility. I'll have to keep it off during this fight.' Thought Naoto.

"Do you know that this rope was made by the sorcerers in my village? It take an enormous amount of cursed energy and concentration to weave this one rope." Said Miguel.

Naoto deadpans and sighed. Why the hell would he explain how his rope was made, was he okay In the head?

"I don't care, so are we gonna fight and look at each other all day?" Questioned Naoto.

Without saying a word, Miguel rushes at Naoto. In Naoto's eye's he's not moving that fast, so he used his superior speed and reflexes to his advantage and immediately dashed towards Miguel, catching him by surprise.

Naoto threw a punch coated in cursed energy, Miguel tried to dodge but felt an electric shock from Naoto's cursed energy.

Miguel then used his rope and tried to hit Naoto with it, but naoto used a movement technique.

'What the hell, he was right in front of me.' thought Miguel.

Naoto used a technique he made during his training with Naobito. It was called [Thunder Flash Step], by circulating his lightning through his legs. Naoto could recreate the effects of [Flash step] from Bleach.

Right now he doesn't have full mastery, but he's close to mastering it. Naoto then rushed towards Miguel again and they both fought in hand to hand combat.

They exchanged blows with each other and they seemed like to be evenly matched for the most part. But Miguel felt Naoto holding back.

"Are you not going to use your cursed technique?" Questioned Miguel.

"No, cursed energy manipulation is enough." Said Naoto as he hit Miguel with a triple kick.

He was sent flying and crashed into the wall of the warehouse. He wasn't able to catch his breath because Naoto immediately appeared in front of him and started punching him nonstop.

'This kid is fast, he avoids my strikes and counterattacks immediately after. Geto-sama shouldn't have taken this job.' Thought Miguel.

'Each of his strikes feels like I'am being electrocuted with a taser. I have to fine a way to escape.' Thought Miguel.

As Miguel was trying to run away, Naoto didn't let him go that easily. He was having fun, he felt like he was in heaven right now.

He felt some type of excitement. He felt like he was on cloud nine. As he went after Miguel, he went into "the zone".

Everything was coming to him smoothly, his cursed energy was flowing perfectly, his mind was clear, and his body was in peak condition.

Miguel tried to hit Naoto with black rope, but was attacked from behind.

'When did he get behind me?' Thought Miguel.

And in that moment, Naoto felt time slow and felt all his curse energy go into his fist. Flashes of red and black lightning came out of his hand and hit Miguel right in his chest.

Miguel was hit with black flash right in his sternum. He could barely breath and was sent flying out of the warehouse.

His glasses were knocked off his face, when he looked up he seen Geto standing over his body.

"Wow Miguel, you look rough." Said Geto.

Geto was eating takoyaki while looking down at Miguel. Behind him were two girls, one with a stuffed animal and the other was one her phone eating dango.

"So, was he strong?" Asked Geto.

Miguel wanted to yell at Geto but he couldn't as he was having a hard time breathing, so talking was out of the question.

Naoto walked out of the warehouse and stopped midway. He was surprised to see Suguru Geto here, along with Mimiko and Nanako.

"Hello, you must be Naoto Zen'in, nice to me you, I'am Suguru Geto, wanted criminal, and these are my daughters." Said Geto.

Mimiko and Nanako looked at Naoto and blushed a little. Naoto was a handsome kid so this was expected.

"Mimiko, he's hot isn't he?" Asked Nanako.

"Mmh, he's definitely better than the boys at school." Said Mimiko.

"Now, now girls, you can crush on him later. Right now is my time to talk to him." Said Geto.

Geto stepped forward and walked a distance from Miguel, Mimiko, and Nanako. He wanted to talk face to face with the kid.

"So Naoto, I want to make an offer." Said Geto.

"And what will this offer be exactly?" Asked Naoto.

"Join me and my family, we will get rid of all non-sorcerers in the world and destroy cursed spirits." Said Geto dramatically.

"You wanted to kill all humans who don't used Jujutsu or cursed energy? You know that is virtually impossible right? How are we supposed to kill 7 billion people?" Asked Naoto.

(A/n: Obviously non-sorcerers make up the majority of the world, and Japan has a monopoly on cursed energy, so most sorcerers are from Japan. Miguel, Reggie, and Bernard being exceptions.)

Geto stared at Naoto in silence. He's had this plan ever since him and Yuki talked about it all those years ago, but now that he's getting questioned about it, he doesn't know how to respond.

Naoto stared back at Geto without a hint of fear in his eyes. He knows that currently, he can't even compete with Geto, but that doesn't mean he had to fear him.

"Man, never really been questioned about it, but I'll find a way, those damn monkeys have been around for fat to long. So what's your answer?" Asked Geto.

Naoto stood there and thought about his answer, he already has it but he wanted to build up tension for something he's always wanted to do.

"I refuse!!!" Said Naoto.

Geto stood there with a weird face, he didn't expect to get flat out refused like that, but since he was refused, Naoto didn't need to be alive anymore.

He was about to summon a curse but felt a familiar curse energy signature behind him.

"Suguru, it's not nice to pick on the weak." Said Gojo.

"Satoru, long time no see." Said Geto.

"Leave Suguru, and take your dog with you." Said Gojo.

"Awww, but we just met after such a long time. Well it's okay, we'll meet again. That I promise." Said Geto while summoning a bird curse.

Naoto soon walked over to his bags and started to walk away. Gojo seen this and teleported in front of him.

"I knew I recognized that cursed energy signature back in the forest." Said Gojo.

"Why is the o'so great Satoru Gojo here?" Asked Naoto.

"Man you're no fun, well that expected from a Zen'in." Said Gojo.

"Why are you here?" Naoto asked again while ignoring the previous comment.

"I was in Shinjuku to get some sweets, then a felt a large amount of cursed energy, so I came here a seen your fight, and I have to say, you're strong for your age." Said Gojo.

"Thanks I guess, but I have to leave, I promise someone I'll be home before dinner." Said Naoto.

"That can wait, me and you need to have a talk." Said Gojo.

He then grabbed Naoto by the collar and teleported away. With Gojo on the scene, you already know nothing good with happen.

I want Naoto to experience what it's like to live as a normal person, so he'll see what's it's like to live as a non-sorcerer for the first time(no including his previous life).

Him and Chisato will have a close relationship, it will be strictly familial. He will see her as a mother figure, THATS ALL.

What's the best late night snack?

Me personally, it's ice cream. It just feels right to eat it at night while watching movies and anime(whatever you like) and you can't go wrong with Oreo ice cream.
