Itsuki: The Good Guy System

This is a compelling story about a young child who, upon awakening, found himself transformed into the main character of a light novel he had read in a past life. He was a character well-known for his innocent appearance and good nature. He also happened to think highly of that character because of how closely their thoughts and feelings aligned.
