It's Only Business Until it becomes Personal

The Capitol was always a place were news spread quickly be it good or bad. It was said the countless breath of words helped to hold the tall glass buildings up and kept the whole city from collapsing. And while rumors of those in the entertainment industry and the stories of the escapades of the rich and wild still swam through the air, here in the Capitol business news was always boss. And today the Capitol practically hummed with excitement. It seemed as though a four year mystery that had haunted the town was about to be solved. For the unknown CEO of Bell's Construction was finally going to make an appearance. No one despite the amount of digging and hunting they had done could find out anything more then a name of the person the wealthy former CEO Logan Bell had left his company to before his tragic death. His wives death due to a car accident caused by a drunk driver had caused a grief to hard for his heart to carry and his death by heart failure was announced just 10 days after his wives passing. When his lawyer held a televised reading of the well liked CEO's will it had come as a Shock when everything had been left to a Miss Kinley Cross. Immediately reporters and businessmen had begun to hunt for this mysterious person. But it was as if they were a ghost.

It didn't help matters that it was latter announced to the board of directors at Bell Construction that Miss. Cross had obligations and would be abroad for the next few years. She kept the company hierarchy running and handled work as the CEO through emails and video conferences with Assistant Albert whom she had left in charge of the day to day needs of the company in her stead. It was even rumored that the assistant and the former CEO's lawyer were the only two to have ever set eyes on her. But despite many who asked and others who bribed Neither man would release in information on the woman who had appeared and disappeared almost without a trace.

But now the time had come. Bells Construction had just announced the company's annual party to thank staff member and business partners alike would be held in a weeks time featuring a special speech by the CEO herself Miss Cross. Rumors spread and people began to imagine what such a mysterious person would look like.

What the gossips failed to realize was that the very person they were discussing was already here.
