Interdimensional Mercenary (SAS 4 Zombie Assault Fanfic)

I never thought that someone would have the idea of creating a fanfic using sas 4 as a base, a game that I was very fond of, I remember playing with a Heavy and Shockfield Black, it's a shame that they never tried to improve the game. I'm going to give it a chance and hope it's a good read.

Very cool idea and it hooked me until I read the first couple chapters. The author does more telling than showing. Example of telling instead of showing: He went to get a smoke then he bought a ticket and then he died. When he woke up he was scared because he just died. More showing less telling: The moment his feet left the concrete, he knew something was wrong. There was an unsettling absence of gravity, like he had been sucked into a void. Looking down, he saw his body, limp and lifeless on the ground. Confusion and fear gripped him as he realized he had died.

Author shameless review to get this book recommended. Feel free to give review no matter how bad it is as long as it's reasonable and not trolling.

I read it up to chapter 40, but to continue reading I first want to vent here. This story is average at best. First let's talk about the protagonist, he is absolutely average, below if I go by my opinion, he has nothing remarkable in himself, no intelligence, wisdom, knowledge, not even self-confidence. Most of the time it seems that he doesn't even have a clue about what is happening around him and in his situation, it is absolutely frustrating to read him and follow his story, if you put Agent, his maid as the main protagonist of this story you would have a story Better yet, he outshines him in absolutely everything (which is not very difficult), more efficient, intelligent, wise, and even in leadership, for me the protagonist is a puppet of this maid, he almost always follows her instructions and advice, I don't know if because he likes the servant MC, capable and his thoughts are predetermined by the system. Another absolutely unpleasant thing is the "comedy", I don't know if the author simply has no ideas or whatnot, but he takes out all the anime cliches and puts them in this story, anime cliches don't go well with an author novel!, but well, the author portrays the MC as an isekai, beta and generic protagonist who cannot stand firm and say no to girls, frankly ridiculous and illogical situations in the story abound, such as when 20,000 girls "kidnap" the MC Imagine it as 20,000 people carrying one person on the street dragging him, I don't know how these things happen but they don't make sense. But hey, I will continue reading simply because I am interested in the other world, let's see how far I can last.

La novela es interesante, pero en mi opinión esta dirigido para un pequeño público exclusivo. Es por eso que tiene pocas lecturas a pesar de que el autor es inteligente o ha pensado mucho en lo que escribe. Autor, la mayoría de las personas que leen en fanfic, novelas por internet y mangas es para no estar aburrido. Entonces, tu novela tiene muchas cosas que la hacen difícil de leer: 1.- Mucha información innecesaria. Incluso si es un fanfic, tu libro debería poder leerse sin tener que usar en todo momento wikipedia fandon para entenderlo. 2.- Más de un protagonista principal

unfathomably good the story is engaging and the pace is good keep it up!

i'm really liking this fanfic, the general idea is interesting and the writing quality is quite good. i like the fact that he's slowly getting stronger instead of becoming op instantly and seeing a mc using guns instead of the usual swords and spears is quite refreshing, but i don't know how usefull will guns be when he will become really strong. Anyway, good fanfic 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome beginning with a great premise of SAS 4 system I thought no one would ever write anything with that but it was not only being written but also so good 👍👍👍.

welp, this is good compared to others fic that's fever dream-like story still recommended even though plot hole everywhere especially when u not reading comments from author, at the same time beware of spoilers from the author yea just reading it, when finished, u already forgot about it

There is no need to judge the book, taking my words as the ultimate truth, although I do not exclude selfish desire to take them into account. If you want to find something good adventure to read, then this fanfic will suit your tastes. There is a certain progression here in the case of the development of the main character. Attention is paid to third-party characters. The only obstacle for me to give the text an «A» grade is, unfortunately, the plot. Sadly, even author himself admits, that he did not plan so far ahead, so it’s not really worth expecting any real drama. I won’t go into details so that anyone who reads my review will still look into the fanfic to decide. I’ll just write that, in my opinion, it was necessary to focus more on the mercenary aspect, and not on the system, which became a kind of duct tape for the plot. But… oh, well… what can can we do about it, yeah? Either way, the story is worth reading. That's for sure)))

This thing borders on the line between normality and pedophilia, so if you don't like lolis, don't even enter... seriously, leaving aside the somewhat debatable tastes of the author, the story is quite good and the zombie virus plot is entertaining. In my case, the moment he cross the limit, I'm leaving, in the meantime I will continue enjoying the plot... although I admit that it is somewhat difficult to ignore my displeasure

I wonder why this ff isn't popular when its such a good fanfic with a concept that is rarely seen.
