Eve pov

While I was communicating with the system a shout came from the American side hearing that I came to Eve and took the black book from Eve's hand seeing this notification came to my mind.

"Guys pack up our luggage and run," Alex said loudly

All the group ran into the underground and while running the dead bodies of a two American with glasses and hats came into their view. This is not appropriate to say they are bodies they are only skeletons. After seeing this, Alex thought about how the plot has changed. Dealing with the Mummy now is more difficult than what was in the movie.

"What happened to them? " asked Eve with a fearful look on her face.

"I do not know but it is not a good thing to stay here," said Alex.

As they were about to run they saw something that made their hair stand up. They saw a skeleton transforming into a man with a half-human face and half-mummy face.

"what the hell is that ?" asked eve

Hearing that Imhotep turned his head and walked towards them talking in the ancient Egyptian language all group members froze in their place. Oconnell and Alex took their guns and started shooting but it did not work.

"O'Connell stop shooting " said alex saying this alex ran to Imhotep who arrived in front of him at inhuman speed and punched him with his full strength seeing this Imhotep sneered and caught alex's hand, but the force made him shocked and planted him in the wall on his back which is 5 meters away from alex seeing this group relaxed and doubted their eyes and thought how strong is alex to know a person 5 meters away

"stop relaxing and run he is not dead, " said Alex.

And at the same time, a hand came out of the wall seeing the group ran away without seeing the back. This hand came out of the underground and saw Americans fighting with black-clothed people and a big noise sounded from underground which made both groups to stop their attacks

"""roar """" the voice sounded like some kind of hungry animal which made all of them stop in their tracks hearing this the leader of the black-clothed people said.

"see you have woken up something that has been sleeping for hundreds of years and brought misfortune on all of us "

"We also did not except this," said O'Connell facing them

"Enough of what you have done now get out of here," said the leader angrily

"I don't think so," said alex surprising everyone

Hearing this the leader pointed his sword at Alex and said

"do you want to make our work difficult or are you prepared to die," said Ardeth bay the leader of the pharaoh's guards.

"No we have a simple solution for this the golden book of Amun-ra " said Alex taking the book from his bag.

"what has this to do with that book?" asked Ardeth Bay.

While alex was about to answer eve shout came from behind. She was enveloped by sand and disappeared seeing this stopped explaining and turned towards Americans who opened the box also disappeared and the black book of death is also gone

"the mummy can only be killed by this book and the person who is able to read this book is caught by it and the key of this book is with her," said Alex.

"what do you want us to do ? " asked Ardeth Bay.

"help us deal with it we have the same goal we can work together," said Alex.

In agreement, Ardeth Bay nodded while thinking

"Okay Oconnell and Jonathan, let us deal with it and your guards can deal with his underlings," said Alex.

"We cannot trust him Alex " said Oconnell.

"so do you want to deal with it alone with the three of us?" Alex asked.

"We also cannot trust you," said Ardeth Bay.
