Goddess

I awaken to see myself in the middle of a tranquil garden, cool grass against my back, and a blue sky with floofy white clouds sit lazily in the sky. Yeah, that's right, I said floofy! Deal with it!

As I lay there I think, is this heaven, well I was expecting more of being escorted through the pearly gates by supernaturally beautiful angels with white wings and golden blonde hair but I guess this is fine too.

"You're surprisingly taking this whole thing rather well"

"Yeah well, when you live a life as depressing as mine you tend to just accept when bad things happen to you"

"I don't think your life was that bad"

"No, it really wasn't, but being depressed for no reason really makes all the little things feel a lot bigger than they are"

"I see. Also your not going to ask who I am?" Asked the cute little girl kneeling in the grass next to me. She is a cute little thing, standing only 1.4 meters (~4ft 6in) tall, with long flowing blue hair cascading down her back and seemingly glowing sapphire eyes.

"Your either God or R.O.B." I state back to her.

"My name is not Rob" She retorts, while cutely puffing out her cheeks like some sort of anime character.

'How can such a cute creature possibly exist!?' I shout in my mind. I feel the sudden urge to pat this girl on her head but I restrain myself. I know there probably isn't an FBI anywhere in this afterlife plane, but morally, I would feel dirty.

"Smart choice. If you had touched me, I would have sent you straight to hell, even if the Biblical God you believe in said you should go to heaven". She states.

'Oh, she's reading my mind. That's convenient, but I also somehow feel violated' I think to myself.

'So how does this work? Am I getting to be reincarnated like all those web novels or are you just here to bring me to my final destination?' I think to myself.

"Please use your words, reading other people's minds rather than having a normal conversation is considered rude among the divine community. Also, yes you're being reincarnated" She said.

"Sweet. By the way, I'm Adam Hilton, like the hotel chain, what's yours?" I say trying to make conversation.

"There is no way you could comprehend the language my name is spoken as so you can call me anything you'd like" She said as she stood straight up and puffed out her completely flat chest and speaking in the haughty Ojousama superior tone from 'insert generic harem anime here'.

"Then from today onwards, I hereby dub thee, 'Rob'" I say, standing up and gesturing towards her.

"NO!!!!! MY NAME IS NOT ROB!" She yells.

"So rob," I say, ignoring her glare, "how is this going to work? Do I get wishes, spin a wheel, or do you just slap me with a system?" I ask curiously. I had always hoped for something like this to happen to me, all the web novels I had read, coupled with my non-existent social life had made me into something of an Otaku-lite, as while I didn't drown myself in anime, novels, and manga, I did spend the majority of my free time indulging in said hobbies.

"Well, ignoring your rather rude comment, yes you do get wishes, 10 in fact". She says rather annoyed.

"Well, I'm not gonna lie, I thought at best I was going to get three, but ten is nice," I say before I start to think to myself.

"Before we start, can I ask you a few questions?" I ask sincerely.

"I suppose that's only fair" Rob replies.

"I know I'm going to be reincarnated, but do I half to use my wishes to chose where to reincarnate?" I ask. My whole plan resting on the words that come out of her mouth next.

"Yes you do. Most people say they wish to reincarnate into fantasy worlds, so we decided a few eons back to create a system to recreate all of these fictional worlds for reincarnators to explore. You have quite the variety to choose from and I can even change and alter a few worlds to suit your needs with wishes. Just be sure not to be too shocked, though, the system sometimes glitches and characters from one series or franchise may end up making a cameo in another. Most reincarnators either don't notice or think it's fun, though, so we left that feature in". She begins to explain.

"Alright. I've got several questions more, do you have the time to spare?" I ask. The more time she has and the more questions I get answered, the better off I'll be.

"I've got all the time in the world. To be honest, even though your rather rude and informal, it's refreshing not to see people stammering around or just accepting everything hastily and moving on. The worst ones are the ones who try to touch me. Gross. Who touches someone whose name you haven't even heard." She began to complain and go off on a tirade.

"As much as I sympathize, I'd like to continue my interega- questions" I say jokingly.

"Ha ha... ask away" she states dryly.

"The most important question I have is what happens to my soul after I die again. If my soul is disintegrated or if it reincarnates again but without the wishes and keeping the memories then asking for something like immortality is a must" I say, stating my reasoning.

"I underestimated your intelligence. Most don't think ahead enough to ask about the afterlife after their reincarnation. Yes, well, if you use a wish, you can continue to cycle of Reincarnating with wishes, but you will only gain an extra three, rather than ten"

"Thank you. Now for my second crucial question. Will I run into any other Reincarnators if I Choose a popular world like Naruto or One Piece?"

"No. The way the system works is that all reincarnators are granted their own record to inhabit, even if the world is the same. Think of it like this, even if two players are playing on World of Warcraft at the same time and in the same area, they will never run into each other if they are on different servers." She continues, slightly amused by the intelligence behind the questions being asked.

"Great. Will I gain plot armor? I doubt it, but it's possible"

"Yes but only light plot armor. It only encompasses things like meeting important characters when you need to or you not dying of some random disease that was never mentioned before, but it won't save your life if you are in danger or help you arrive 'just in time' like the movies do" She explains.

"What are the limits to my wishes, if you don't mind me asking?"

"While there are no limits to your wishes, most wishes must be specific enough to at least work off of. So if you ask for the Gate of Baylon from Fate, you will gain the power, but you will not gain Gilgameshes' Armory as the skill and the weapons are completely different things that he collected himself. Also please pick a world where there is no God or Goddess present. Ayla and Gaia hate it when we make new instances of their worlds". She says, getting slightly desperate at the last bit.

"Don't worry, I won't be asking for anything too overpowered, well I will, but nothing that will fundamentally break the balance of the world I'm going into." I explain.

"Final Question. What is the purpose of sending me off Reincarnators. What do you want me to do. Is there some sort of threat in the worlds that needs to be stopped, etc"

"HA! No there are no threats like that. I am not a divine being for nothing. If anything like that existed we would simply destroy them. The reason most reincarnators were originally chosen was to be entertainment for the gods, but after Millenia of harem edgelords and multiverse traveling emperors, even that got boring. We mostly do it as a formality nowadays. Knock yourself out! Loot the multiverse, rape all the women, kill all the men, we really don't care. No one is going to stop you".

"Ok then, I have my wishes." I say, slightly eager to get to reincarnating.

So here are the rules for any fanfictions I may or may not write in the future. I just thought I should lay them out in clear English for all of my readers.

All zero of you...

Anyway thanks for reading!
