I Wanted To Get Isekai'd, But The World Does Not Want Me To

Prologue

A never-ending adventure! As soon as I 

got up, I immediately get my sword, my 

dagger and most importantly, my grimoire!

But there's something I forgot I don't have

any... magic nor in an never-ending adventure nor a sword. I am just in a normal,  super boring world. I wanted to get isekai'd, but the world doesn't want me to!

Chapter 1- Isekai Friends

I was waiting patiently to the day I would isekai. But for pete's sake! I am already 20 years old yet I am still not getting isekai. 

But I would really want to get isekai, go to a never-ending adventure,slay the Devil King and be a hero in that world.

5 years has passed since I waited to get isekai. My friends have been gone missing 5 years ago, with no trace or whatsoever. So I made an assumption that they get isekai.

I am too afraid to kill myself, so being isekai in a reincarnated way is out of the question.

I should try to play a game to be able to calm myself. Actually, I am an Otaku! I am not leaving my house unless a new game has been released. I am not attending college either, I am just working part-time in a restaurant to be able support my Otaku Needs and life expenses.

Sometimes, while I am working, I am inserting some Anime Disc to the TV in the restaurant, so I should be able to watch anime even though I am still working.

If I already saved at least 10,000 yen, I am quitting my job to be a Shut-in again.

Then enter the job again to save 10,000 yen again. That's what life is. 

To save money, I am just reading Light Novels in the Library.

It's been 5 years since I started doing that but... I still... does not get isekai.

As soon as I got up in bed, I made a coffee then drank it.  I don't know if I am just dreaming but I saw a portal opening in the comfort room. I really wanted to feel sorry for the one opening the portal.

In the portal, a foot showed up but It's already soaked up in the toilet. Sorry, I forgot to close the lid. The boy tidied himself up and tried to forget the embarassment. Did I mention that It is a boy? Yes, it is a boy. 

But it is strange though, if he came from an isekai world then there's no way he would know what a toilet is and how it is dirty. But he seems to know what is it. When I opened my eyes wide, I am recognizing the one in the toilet.

With that green eyes and brown hair. But he is now wearing a light armor, and a small dagger. Wait, does that mean...

"Greetings, my old friend! I am Chazuke Touya, and I got isekai'd!"

He gotten isekai?! Just like my assumptions! I immediately asked if what kind of power did he got in the isekai world. Touya said this:

"Tasuke, my friend, I don't have any special power, but i do have one power, and It is the Return By De..."

Before he even finished, he rolled in pain while holding the sword in the middle of his legs. And what's with the Re;Zero plotline? Isn't the heart is the one that's going to ache in pain if you said something about Return By Death? I really wanted to say that to him but I just kept that at myself since I don't want to embarass him.

"So, something about this Return By Death, how did you get isekai?"

I asked out of curiosity, then he replied:

"I was in a convenience store then suddenly something caught in my eye, and then I got isekai. But I ate some expired goods on the way, and that's my first death"

Again, a Re;Zero plotline but isn't the first death in Re;Zero is being sliced by a huge knife? 

Then, a portal opened again, but at this time he showed up at my cat's bucket toilet. I am very sorry for not burying my cat's crap in sand.

I could actually recognize this man, isn't it Hiki, Hiki Komori! That violet eyes and white short hair, it really is Hiki!

"Long Time No See! Tasuke!"

"It is really a long time, I think it is been 5 years! I am going to assume that you have gotten isekai!"

He nodded with a proud face. When I turned to look down, I saw his arms wearing a shield. Wait, don't tell me...

"My friend, If your thinking about being the Shield Hero, Then you are correct!"

The Shield Hero Plotline! Unlike the Re;Zero plotline, the Shield Hero plotline is the story of a man being bullied because he wields a Shield. Heroes are forbidden to hold another weapon if your holding a Legendary Weapon!

"I understand! The story of a fallen Shield Hero who is struggling to defeat the evil, even though he receives the worst treatment, he still wants to protect them! It must be hard Hiki, to not be able to wield a weapon except the Shield!"

"What are you saying? I can use the all 4 Legendary Weapons."

Seriously?! What's the point of the Shield Hero plotline? How can you call yourself the Shield Hero if you can wield all Legendary Weapons?!

But I just considered that maybe It is how the real isekai world works.

Likewise, I asked him how did he get isekai, then he answered this:

"I am reading To Love Ru in a convenience store then suddenly I got isekai."

Your story is messed up! You are reading To Love Ru but you've gotten isekai in a Shield Hero World! How did that happened?!

After that, I chatted with them for 5 more minutes, after that they left my house. Apparently, they only came back here because they wanted to buy back issues of Jump since they have not read it in a isekai world.

Still, knowing that an isekai world exists, I can't stop my excitement. Because who knows? Maybe I am the next isekai hero. It does not matter to me if I suffer a lot like Subaru and Kazuma, be a villain like Ainz and Tanya or be trapped in a world full of games like Sora and Shiro. As long as I get isekai, It does not matter to me.

Knowing that, I slept early, expecting that when I opened my eyes, I would see a grassland in an isekai world.

Is it already morning? Looks like my alarm did not rang. I got up on my bed, arranged the futon then went downstairs to drink some coffee. But something seems strange, where does this sweet breeze coming from? I don't remember buying an air freshener.

My stairs are gone too. What is happening here? When I opened my eyes wide, all I see is a grassland with a city in the center. Wait, does this mean that I have gotten isekai? My heart is filled with joy, and almost tears are coming out from my eyes. I mean, all my life, I am waiting for this. To get isekai, go to an never-ending adventure, slay the Demon King and be a hero!

Now, game start! First, I have to register to the guild. I registered to the guild and when my starter stats have been given to me, the whole guild have exclaimed. Because my stats are already MAX Level, my Level is also MAX!

Then, I am the overpowered type! I would prefer it if I am not too overpowered. But, no time to complain! I am going to start my adventure right away!

My first quest is to kill dragons, then mabeasts, a horde of goblins!

Then, finally the time has come to do this! Today, my party are going to defeat the Demon King!

Like I am anticipating, even if I am at MAX Level, I am still having a hard time to this.

My party are already exhausted, looks like I have to use my trump card!

"No! Mr. Tasuke! Don't use it! If you use it, your body is going to break!"

"It is okay, If I don't defeat the Demon King then... peace will never come!"

I shouted with all my heart:

"Shining Javelin!!!"

Then suddenly, I saw a looking familiar ceiling.

"If I am just going to dream, please complete it until the END!!!"

Yes, This is the story of a young man, hoping to get isekai, but the world does not want him to.
