My Name Is Bryan Colt 17 years of age this year, a High school student at the University of Science and Technology.

"Ahh~ My monthly allowance got delayed again, Urgh! Mom should've said something about it, If I knew about it in earlier date, I should've to save up some money for me to survive on this upcoming weeks..." (Bryan) says in dissatisfaction.

Ting~ 'Oh I got a message, maybe it is Mom'

"Hello, Good day sir, are you short in money? then come to our office, near to the city mall, the food techies, the only thing you needed to do is taste a sample of our new product and conduct a survey"

What Is this? a new type of scam? Hmm near at the city mall huh, my apartment was near into that place, It won't hurt to check it out.

Then I went to my apartment to have a good rest.

Saturday Morning.

Tic, tic, tic, tic...

In early the morning, my alarm bell woke me up...

"Ahh~ stop it, I get it... I will get up." (Bryan) says as he hit the turn off button of his alarm clock.

"Yaah~ I am still sleepy, why the heck I set up my alarm? It is Saturday, right? ... Oh, that Is right I almost forgot... I was planning to go to that place, food tech-whatever?" (Bryan)

"Well, for now, let's have breakfast" (Bryan) says, as he grabs a box of cereal and put some milk in it.

After eating, Bryan dresses himself up and heads out into his apartment.

"So this is the place huh"(Bryan) says, as he came closer to the front door of a shady workshop.

Knock, knock, knock...

Bryan gives a knock on the door, a thin and tall middle age man came out from the front door.

"Oh, how I may help sir?" (Thin Guy)

"I was looking for the places named Food technical, Is it this place?"(Bryan)

"... You mean, Food Techies sir?"(Thin Guy)

"Oh... Yea that's the name, so Is it this place?" -(Bryan) says an embarrassed tone.

"Yes... Please come in."(Thin Guy) opened the glass to welcome Bryan.

"... Okay?"(Bryan) says, as he walks into the shady store.

Inside the store.

Bryan was sitting Inside of this tiny office while facing a guy whose face was wearing a full smile.

"Welcome, To the Food Techies! How can I help you?"(Smiley Face) says, of course with a full smile.

"Errr... Hello sir, I am Bryan Colt, I received an SMS message, about this place, It says I only need to do a food taste and I could get money out of it, Is it true?" (Bryan) says as he thought to himself ' Haah didn't I tell you, Bryan, this kind of place was a scam! Just look at that person, I think he is a type of guy that will cry while having a full smile on his face! Just by imagining It gives me a goosebumps'

"Yes! Of course, it is true, in fact just by tasting our product we will give you 50 bucks, and another 50 by filling the waiver."(Smiley Guy)

'Are you kidding me?! 50 bucks for tasting food and another 50 by just filling out the waiver!? Total of a hundred bucks!'

"Are you sure about that?" (Bryan) says in a doubtful tone.

"Of course! I am"(Smiley Guy)

"Then It is a DEAL!" (Bryan) says, as quickly as possible, he was afraid that this smiley guy will change his mind.

Clap, clap...

The Smiley Guy claps his hands, a person came in with a silver-plated tray.

"Okay then, Mr. Bryan here is our new product, please have a taste." (Smiley Guy) says as he presented the silver-plated tray to Bryan.

What he saw was, a weird texture of pudding, what's more, the color of it was light green.

"Sorry to say this... But this... This thing, are you sure it is edible?"(Bryan) says as he looked at a pudding-like texture as it jiggles on the tray.

"Of course! Silly, why would we serve something that will harm our costumer! It will be fine... Probably." (Smiley Guy)

'What do you mean by probably?!' Bryan shouted inside his heart.

"... Well, I wouldn't die by just taking a bite right?" (Bryan) says, he took the small spoon near at the tray, as he took a small portion of the green like pudding, then he swallowed it in one go.

"Ueew~ what the heck is this, It is so disgusting... Bleah!" (Bryan) says as he pukes with rainbow color.

"Oh my, oh my... Mr. Thin Guy please clean the mess of this kid made." (Smiley Guy)

"The name is Rakk, and stop calling me thin guy, you smiley face guy..."(Rakk)

"Huh? My head is spinning, Woah! This is so creepy why did this Smiley Guy multiply, let's see, there is a one, two, three, fou-.."(Bryan) says as his consciousness left his body.

"Kuku... The name Is Ray, Mr. Bryan... Have a nice dream, Kukuku..." (Ray)

"What happened? Where am I?"(Bryan) says as he looks at his surroundings.

"Oh! Thank Goodness you are finally awake! Mr. Bryan, I am sorry, I think you are allergic to green peas, that's why you suddenly passed out." (Ray)

"Oh... Is that so I have never eaten one so I did not know..." (Bryan) says as he holds his head both hands.

"Oh~ such a poor thing... Here is the waiver, all you have to do is fill-up the form and we are all done" (Ray) says as he handed over a piece of paper to Bryan.

"... I don't know what to write..." (Bryan) thought to himself ' I mean the God damn thing knock me out, so how am I going to rate this!'

"You don't have to worry, you can just write your name and you can go" (Ray)

"..."(Bryan) write his name on the paper and handed it over to Ray.

"Good work Mr. Bryan! Now here's the money as promised, by the way, I added some bonus as an apology." (Ray) says, he gave a piece of a white envelope to Bryan.

"... Okay, thanks" (Bryan) says, he took the white envelope, he leave the place as fast as he could, he doesn't want to linger any longer into such a shady place, then he headed back to his apartment.

Inside the Apartment.

Bryan was laying on his bed, he was so tired and his head was still spinning because of the food he ate.

"... Haah~ what the heck Is that thing... My head is still spinning, It was already been Two hours since I left that damn place." (Bryan)

' I would never do something like this ever again, this is will be the last time! Hehe, at least I got my money... With this, I could survive in the upcoming weeks '

Bryan thought to himself, as he reaches out his hands, he opened the one envelope...

There he saw 300 hundred bucks inside.

"Kuhahaha... I guess it is not that bad, thank you, smiley guy!" (Bryan) says, as he laughs like an idiot, as he fell asleep.

Ring... ring... ring... ring...

Bryan was awakened by the sound.

"Uhh... I got it, shut... Shut up.." (Bryan) says in a weak tone, as he reaches his alarm clock and turns it off...

But the ringing sound did not stop.

"Huh? Where did that sound come from? Come to think of it, I never set up my alarm, how come I could hear this ringing sound, this apartment suppose to be soundproof... " - (Bryan)
