Blinking twice, I just realized how my hunch was right—that he has other intentions than hear the progress of his manor. We ate silently, refusing to talk about even the lightest and technical things.

"I had tons of flights the last days. It's so tiring," he said after minutes of silence.

I raised a brow. "Was I asking?" I asked bluntly.

He looked at me seriously while I shrugged at his reaction. Though, I cannot help but ask; does he not get tired of his current job? I mean, he's working often at the business and corporate world while attending to his pilot duties. From what I know, you need at least two hundred and ninety hours of flying hours per month?

"You have tons of work, it's not questionable that it's tiring," I added.

"Not really. That's why I just choose to invest on companies so there aren't any big responsibilities to shoulder," he retorted.
