How to Arm Entire Armies While Being A Professor

Imagine a new Professor just came into the most prestigious high school in the west. North Rayleigh Academy. When the professor's side-job is a world-renowned arms dealer for private armies. What challenges will they face? Will conflict of interest be the reason? External forces taking control over everything? Or will it be war bigger than what students face. Will the lessons of chemistry be helpful to the students? Is there something bigger running the entire school or is there an industry developing from the school itself? Vaughn is a man of many talents, skills, and ideals. Business comes first for him but that will change once he takes a step into his class changing his beliefs that runs his everyday life. "Give an artist an inspiration... they'll make art. Give a student hope.... they'll thrive and be the best they can be. Give an army a stockpile of weapons... they'll create nothing but piles of bodies and mayhem along their path. I wonder sometimes if my students are actually listening to my lessons. I sure do hope they get more excited over science." -Professor Vaughn Killford.

Lightning Strikes

Somewhere in the distant far east... As the sound of clashing blades exchange blows and the sound of metal sparking echoing the empty yet well facilitated training room.

"I heard Killjoy reactivated his membership to the Organization."

"I know."

"Will you even able to face him once again?

"I don't know yet."

"Well then make sure you're damn well prepared for your reunion."

"Well prepared? Heck even with my cybernetics I could be outgunned by that instigator."

"Remember you're faster than him. You have a blade designed to slice any material in this world."

"I still remember how he outsmarted my quickdraw."

"Don't worry about the details I'm sure he's waiting for your return, Ms. Lightning."

As they sheath their blades after finishing a sparring match... A Cyber-Samurai arriving from the east...

Meanwhile back in the Academy's teacher lounge...

The day has been quite normal for some time now. It's nice to teach those kids something nice and not worry about violence for once. These children should never see the horrors of the violent world of us outsiders.

"Hey have you heard of the new overseas transfer teacher?"

"I heard she's half-western."

"What subject will she be teaching?"

"Apparently she'll be teaching Home Economics."

Seems like a new teacher is coming soon. Finally I feel excited since I'm not the new kid in town now. Feels good, to be finally a regular teacher.

"Hey, Professor Vaughn are you finally happy someone will come and take your New Teacher crown?"

"I don't have any problems with that if I'm honest."

Seems like they're a bit worried about me becoming old news to the students. I don't mind it but it is reasonable to be worried in that position. Seems like the upcoming teacher is impressive since she seems to be the topic of the hour.

After that everyone headed for their next sets of classes and hours later that went smoothly and no problems on my side. After classes I went to my usual place to relax in... The School Courtyard I know a bench there that has a very nice breeze at this point of time.

So I sat down and relaxed for a while when I heard someone walking behind me which did caught me off guard. "Who goes there?" As I quickly react if its a stranger until I saw the person's face. "Hello? And who are you?"

"I was wondering if you know where the headmaster's office is."

"Are you the new transfer teacher?"

"Yes, I am do you know where the office could be?"

"Ah yes, the office should be in that building over there."

For some reason I have a hunch that this woman I've seen before...

"Thanks for the directions."

She walked away... As I look at it... WAIT! Don't tell me.

"Hey, is that you Natalie?"

"Took you long enough to notice Vaughn."

"I wasn't expecting you in that kind of clothing of course."

"Well seems like we'll be both teachers here in this school well see you soon."

"Hey Natalie meet me in the school rooftop later I have to discuss about something. You can ask the Headmaster where the rooftop is."

"Sure, I'll take my precious time."

Ms. Lightning... A known and one of the strongest contract killers in the Organization. Known to be the only contractor that uses a blade. I know her quickdraw techniques are dangerous I was able to deflect it at one point but that was mostly luck.

Her weapon is a unique one called 'Trueno' Since her scabbard is basically a sword powered by a railgun, when she uses it the sound of thunder can be heard and uses the momentum of it to cut almost anything and everything. Natalie Raikou, the fact that she could keep up with her blade going at terminal velocity thanks to her cybernetic enhancements I don't know if she has improved or not since after my retirement she told me she will train harder against me.

The only time I defeated her was during when I expended the Z Suit prototype I had back then. After that I transitioned back into arms dealing trying to forget the past. Also the reason why I was able to deflect it was due to the Z Suit using the same material as her blade so if we clash we can only deflect each other since the metal is so strong that we were both using it cancels out the destructive force so the material can't damage each other.

She's an impressive gal I suppose. The fact that she uses a blade in this day and age though it is heavily modified for her use case. Of which she always makes a mess off when she's in a operation. She always has been a handful for the cleaning department and that includes me. Cleaning up her mess is always annoying.

After a 20 minutes Natalie did went to the school rooftop and we began our conversation.

"So the Organization called you here?"

"No Vaughn, Maestro actually called me here. I heard Null is back to hunt us all again."

"You also know Null?"

"Yeah, even I don't know where to locate that bastard,"

"Actually Nat... Null isn't just one person..."

"Are you fucking with me?"

"I'm not I just found that out when I was doing my cleanup after men of Null tried to attack my business."

"I see..."

Natalie seems to be surprised about the turn of events that occurred today. Especially knowing her that she likes to know her enemies first hand before she goes and do her thing. That's the problem... We don't have any clue who are the members of Null. Apart from the man who I shot back then who seems to be a push over.

Then again I could have extracted more info from that guy anyways but it's too late for that. Natalie is completely clueless on what is happening. Though I can give her the rundown of the situation and usually she picks up quite fast.

"Vaughn do you have anymore clues?"

"Well that's what I'm trying to find out if I did had anymore. So no, not at the moment. I know its annoying and I know Anna will be smug about the situation knowing her."

"Anyways, we'll learn more of him sooner or later. He'll attack a place I know of it."

"Why did Maestro called you here?"

"I was called here because he needed help and I did owe him something after saving my ass in a accident. I guess you were called here too."

"Nah, I was recruited by him since he knows I've always wanted to be a teacher."

"I can tell."

We continued to discuss the situation and what had happened in the past week and the teachers meeting introducing herself to the rest of the teacher. Seems like we're packing heat now, having Ms. Lightning as a ally is certainly better than being her enemy. Will this be enough to take on Null sooner or later.

A new addition to the teachers has arrived into Reyleigh Academy. Did you like the new chapter? A comment or a review is much appreciated.
