As she examined him more closely, she noticed a similarity between his actions and her own, but there were also differences. It was as if Adonis' mind had been transferred to another location.

So, Herta's curiosity was piqued, and she was eager to understand where Adonis's consciousness had traveled.

'I see, so that is how it appears to others.' Adonis nodded, and spoke to her again, "Almost, but you're not far off." Even Adonis wasn't entirely sure himself, as he simply immersed himself in the chat group without full knowledge of how others view him when using the chat group.

[T/L: From what I understand from the original, when the group members are using the chat group, it's like their consciousness drifts off, even though they're physically there doing whatever they're doing…]

"I see," Herta acknowledged and then disconnected from the puppet.

Adonis, now standing by the window in his office, continued to ponder. "Interstellar Peace Company..." 

They exercised derogation from the protector in the name of conservation.

As long as there are planets that refuse to obey and follow the Interstellar Peace Corporation and resist cooperating with the company, the corporation will use their power to devastate the planet's economy and bring various disasters upon it.

Adonis narrowed his eyes as he gazed at the sky and expressed his hope, "I pray they don't consider Beloberg as their target. If they do, the repercussions will be beyond their control."

"You're not fond of the Interstellar Peace Company?" Cocolia asked, setting aside her pen and giving Adonis a sidelong glance.

Adonis nodded; his gaze still fixed on the window. "I've come across some information about the company, and my impression of them isn't exactly positive."

"They expand their business across the galaxy while also being ruthless," he continued. "Even though they bear the word 'peace' in their name, they've brought destruction to many lives."

"It's quite hypocritical, but I suppose I'm not one to judge, I'm one too afterall," Adonis added as he finally took a seat in his chair.

Cocolia reflected on this. She, too, had read about the company's history, and at the time, she hadn't given it much thought.

Cocolia raised her head, running her fingers through her hair as she gazed at Adonis. "If that's the case, why didn't you decline Herta's offer?" she asked, her expression skeptical.

Adonis replied, his attention returning to his work, "Their products have undoubtedly brought happiness to our people, that's all."

Cocolia paused, her eyes fixed on Adonis. At this moment, her perception of him rose a few notches. Even though she didn't particularly like him, she had to acknowledge that he was highly competent.
