Mikaela had left her camp just before dawn, she didn't want to take the chance of meeting Braeden's party on the way to their base.

Running the cyk on the lowest setting to make as little noise as possible. She snuck towards Braeden's camp.

She was half way there when she heard the traps they set go off in her own base.

Realizing that General Gilwenys' team has already started their assault, Mika cranked up the speed on her cyk and ate up the rest of the distance to the enemy's campsite.

She knew she was taking a chance leaving Saavi and her soldiers there by themselves to hold off the enemy. However, this was the best plan B she could come up with.

Of course, that was other than just killing Braeden and his team.

Reaching the edge of enemy's camp, she waited and listened. She didn't know how many soldiers Braeden had left behind to guard their base.
