Wedding Blues

After doing around of testing on the items inside the chest with Drako, Mika decided to take a long mid-meal break and see how her mother is doing.

Lyra had just finish changing her clothes after a morning in the orchards and the farms. She still had paperwork and managing the palace on her to do list.

Honestly, Lyra was tired and just wanted to take a nap.

*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

The knocking on her door made her groan and she hopes it's not someone reporting a problem in the orchards or farms. She just got back from there and she already changed her clothes, she really didn't want to go back there today.

When she opened the door and saw that it was her daughter, she breath a sigh of relief.

Mikaela noticed the dreaded look on her mother's face before she changed it to a smile. 

"What are you doing here?"
