Not Your Father's Army

Commander Zo and Mikaela stared at the people, "Well, why were you all making so much noise outside the palace gates?"

Now that they were inside the palace and standing in front of Zo, the group turned into cowards.

"If there is nothing then I'm going to have my soldiers put you all under house arrest!"

A male stepped forward, "We would like you to free the young male you took three weeks ago."

"No." Zo waved his hand to the side. "If this is all you came for than leave."

"You cannot keep a noble locked in the dungeons….or did you kill him already?"

"Why does it matter to you?"

A female from the group stepped forward, "You let the servants go but why not him?"

"Yes, those people started the pushing and the shoving, why would you let them go!" Another spoke up.

Feeling more confident, the group began to shout out their complaints at the situation.
