Homelander In DC [On hold]

(AN: Ight so this is a reupload from my previous account, of which I have now realized that I cannot got back) anyways, I'll probably continue this in a week, just like my other story.)

"Damn, another boring day. I can't wait till the end of the year." A boy with short messy Blonde hair and blue eyes said, he had a strong jawline that just screamed 'Sodapop Curtis', this boy was John Starr, a highschool student Living by himself. his father had died while working in the army (or at least that's what his mother told him as he had never really met the man), and his mother had died the year before from Tuberculosis, In other words he was an orphan that just barely passed the age of consent (AN: I think the age of consent is when you can live on your own right? I mean because you can have intercourse so why wouldn't you be able to live on your own). Reflecting on his life so far he thought to himself, 'I was really delt a shit hand by god huh?'

~Small Time skip~

Our young protagonist, John, was walking home from a long day at his job, of which he had gotten fired from for a reason the owner wouldn't even mention... though John new it was him 'Ruining the Chains imagine' but he didn't press further on the matter.

"Damnit, it's so dark out here! Why are the street lamps out all the time?" John said to himself, the goddamn street lamps were always out on his block. Many of the residents (Mostly poor or unfortunate people like him) had complained to the mayor, but like usual he did nothing, matter a fact if you asked anyone in this god forsaken city (if you could call it that) what they thought about the mayor, they'd say he's a 'fuckin asshole'. as John continue his trek through his street as it started to rain, so he put his bookbag over his head and ran to the aly he uses as a shortcut to get to his house.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here? A new piece a filth ripe for the pickin'?"

John sighed 'can't I ever catch a break?' his inward musing was cut short as he was hoisted into the air by a big arm, the air quickly leaving his body as he squirmed under the man's grip.

"What...Do..You....want....from...me?" John struggled to get his words out his vision was flickering.

"Me? I just wanna kill ya. Nothin more nothin less." John could tell this man was unhinged, and under no circumstances did John want to die! So In a last ditch effort john tried punching the man... To no effect. after a couple more seconds of getting choked, he had given up, and the light in his eyes began to fade and soon, John star was no more.

John woke up in a all dark red room, the only significant thing about this room was the walls seemed to be moving constantly.

"Ah, so my you're finally awake...my son." a voice said, John turned his head to see a man with almost the same facial structure as him, with slicked back dirty blonde hair, how ever the most concerning thing is that he had long curved goat like horns that extended from his head.

"Ah, I forgot you don't know who I am...Shit this is awkward...well for starters I'm Lucifer Morningstar, your father... though I guess you already know that because you're looking at my horns- you know what I'm just going to cut to the chase! I need you to rule over a different multiverse so I can rule over this one." he said in a exasperated tone, with his eyes glowing in frustration.

John was simply... dumbfounded you could say for a lack of a better words. His Brain had not worked so hard in his life his panicking was interrupted by his 'father', "So do you accept? Think of it as sort of a family vacation... without the family part.... or the relaxing part. know what here, I'll sweeten the deal for you, I'll give you any two powers you want to have, and I'll let you choose the way you reincarnate, And just so you know it's the DC universe" His 'Father' said, he was sounding more desperate and frustrated by the minute. after a couple of seconds he came to his conclusion.

"Yes... I'll do it." John said with new found determination as his 'father' smiled, "Alright what are the wishes you want to make? and how would you like to be reincarnated?"

John took a deep breath and smiled, "I want A mix between Homelander's and Omni-Man's current powers in their respective shows, and I want to be reincarnated in the same time period for the first suicide squad movie." Lucifer also wore a similar grin.

"Do me proud." he said as John's vision faded.

John herd the sound of a heart could rate monitor and opened his eye to see blurry figure dressed in all white. 'Where am I?' John said as he tried to move his body but quickly found he was in some sort of water tank.

Upon seeing his eyes open the the figure took a very noticeable jump backwards away from the glass, "W-what? is 001 waking up? SOMEBODY GO GET MRS.WALLER!"

About a minute passed as footsteps could be heard, "What is it doctor Burkin? I hope you're not asking for more funds." she said with an ever stoic face.

"N-no Mrs.Waller, I just want to report that our first test subject is awake and his heart rate is stable compared to what it normally was! This is a great breakthrough!" She exclaimed happily, but Wallers Next words shock her.

"Let him out, we need get him trained ASAP, This is a S Class EOTW scenario we have on our hands, we don't have time to worry anymore." She stated as doctor Burkin quickly went to the Control panel and began to drain all the water out of the test tube. once it was all drained she opened the door to it.

~POV: MC~

John flopped to the floor as he tried to regain his bearings, "Can you understand me?" asked waller as she ordered two of her bodyguards to help him up.

"Noooo of course I can't understand a language I was half brainwashed to have all knowledge on." John said as his eyes Glowed an ominous dark red.
