Shock had spread all over her face before worry and sadness took over as she lunged to stop them from hurting or taking her mother away.

Talmon's reflexes where faster as she grabbed her hand to stop her from exposing her own identity.

"My...my mother....loook...Tal... they're taking her away" Sophia sobs stammering.

"I know but your mother wouldn't be happy to see you expose yourself to help her when there's nothing you can do" Talmon whispers with her tear stained cheek.

"No Tal! there must be something I can do at least,I won't lose my mother the same way I lost my grandma three years ago"

"Okay,but let's go home and think of a way at least,you can't get a solution in this state"

"What of mum?"

"She'll be okay,the King just returned today and so he won't go to any cabinet meetings till tomorrow they'll likely just throw her in the dungeons for now" Talmon's voice breaks at the end.

"Just how did this happen?"

Talmon stayed Quiet.

Her silence had set fire in Sophia's heart,she could feel magic rise in her palms as well as her veins and bloodstreams.

"She was worried about you, she said you had stayed to long and wanted to check on you. I was against it and convinced her to wait a little but once I went to get something she sneaked off to look for you and before I could find her people had already gathered. They noticed her. She was a very important Witch you know that Soph,they recognized her the moment she stepped into the market". Talmon finished.

Sophia couldn't believe it was all because of her that her mother had gotten into the condition she was in.

The more reason she needed to save her mother. It was all her fault.

"Sophia please you're our only hope of survival you need to accept it" A young woman says from among the crowd kneeling begging Sophia.

Sophia's eyes travelled to what was being spoken about.

An abadoned child.

"Why should I? the child was left alone in the forest so anyone can cater to it,I didn't find it first" Sophia scoffs.

"Because you're the Queen" Another man says.

"And as Queen I have decided to make...."

"It's your destiny your highness" a familiar voice says making her turn.

The elderly woman.

Again.

"Take the child....it's the key to what you seek for years now"

At that Sophia woke up gasping for air.

"Talmon"Sophia yells waking her up.

"What happened?" Talmon asks.

"A nightmare"

Sophia told her everything she has seen and when she was done Talmon's eyes was filled with fear and shock.

"Don't you realise?" Talmon asks.

"Realize what?"

"What the dreams means?"
