His Dangerous MATE

NARRATOR's POV

"This is the fourth time they're doing this!" The Beta of the Moonwoods packs say in disgust and anger as he scrutinizes the body in front of him.

"They must have upgraded in their technique of murdering wolves, while Alpha keeps telling us to back down saying they aren't our threat. Four Dead already, and this isn't a THREAT?" The gamma thunders clearly pissed.

"What would you have us do?" The Beta questions awfully calm, even though anger was definitive in his face. He squats as he analyzes the body. Apparently, the wolf must have been trying to shift back so he could hide as a human, but they must have stuck halfway, seeing that the body still has furs, and fangs even in human form.

The Beta stands up and motions to one of the guys to wrap the body up and prepare it for a burial ceremony.

"What would you have us do, Sebastian? Would you have us strike in full force.."

"Yes!" the gamma answered cutting him off

"...And risk exterminating more of us?!" A voice booms in from the threshold of the doorway. Sebastian looked over his shoulder, narrowing his eyes before moving to the side of the table.

The man wearing all black, pulls his weight from the door as he makes his entrance inside. His gaze moves swiftly, noting everyone that was present including the body on the floor. His eyes were a charcoal color that matched the others. He ruffled his short hair that was shades lighter than black, which went well with his black light skin tone.

He brushes his lips with his thumb as grief washes through him. Something about his appearance said that he was a leader and stronger than the others.

Well he is, he's the Alpha of Moonwood's pack. One known for its beauty and fierceness.

"We can't keep letting this go on, so what should we do?" Alpha THEO questioned but everyone knew who it was directed to.

Sebastian, who was leaning against the table without interest, stayed silent. For a moment, he didn't want to look at his Alpha, but after a bit of tense silence, Sebastian finally turns to face that dark stare with one of his own.

"I have nothing to say," he says through gritted teeth.

The Alpha kisses his index finger before placing it on the dead wolf forehead. Immediately he did that, the other wolves, present in the room did same but place their index finger on their chest,

They were bidding farewell to their brother.

"It's time I pay the priest a visit" Alpha theo says after they've successfully carried the body out. He came to stand in front of Sebastian and gently placed his hard palm on his shoulder.

"Your brother's death will not be in vain."

A growl ripped out of Sebastian, he was in pain.

It didn't take long before he shifted and ran after the men that had carried his brother's body, he wasn't ready to let go just yet.

"I'll take each and everyone of them down! I swear to you even if its the last thing that I do" he roars before he disappears into the woods.

Theo, with his inhuman speed, was now standing on a huge tree branch, as he watched his gamma disappear into a safe zone. He looked in the opposite direction and from afar he could see a neon sign of the cross among the tall buildings.

His fang came out subtly along with his long nails, he cracked both sides of his neck before he launched forward, heading towards the church…
