"Okay", she lifted the glass and took a sip from it and then settled it between her fingers while staring at them. Obvious to her stare, they started roaming their eyes here and there. But, feeling her piercing stare, they lowered their heads. Only Natalie was relaxed. Others were very nervous regarding this matter. They dare not reveal the matter so casually.

But Natalie was different. She rested her head on one hand, while she was sipping her wine leisurely. Then, she lifted her head, and with her back ramrod straight, she made eye contact with Sophie and spoke neither hurriedly nor slowly. Her voice calmed down the nerves of all the people present there. She wasn't sure at first, but she now knew what to say, and how. She said, "Promise me Sophie, that after hearing whatever I have to say, you won't take any rash decision. Can you do that for me?"

"I would like to hear what you have to say first. Only then can I promise."

"No, you have to promise first in order to listen what I have to say."

"Okay, I promise. I won't be rash."

"Good.", she motioned Grandpa Tan to go on with whatever he wanted to convey.

Grandpa Tan was still unsure of what to say, when, C suddenly opened his mouth, and said in a dangerous low tone, which could shiver one to the bones, "He is going to get married to that bitch."

Everyone present there was stunned to hear C addressing someone as a "bitch". One has to remember that C never curses. So, it can be presumed that C was extremely angry with the person he called "bitch".

They were yet to return to normal, when they heard another sentence from another person, which rendered them spellbound.

Sophie had said, "I know that they are going to marry. They are match made in heaven. Make special preparations. We will attend the wedding and must give them a nice gift."

"What?", Ruby said.

"You are going to give them a gift?", Giselle asked.

"Giving gift to your love rival means you're going to bless them. How can you be so hard on yourself?", Elliot was flabbergasted at her stupidity, or that's what he felt.

The more they thought, the angrier they got. The old men sighed and wisely kept their mouth shut, since, they knew that once Sophie made her decision, no one can change them. It is impossible to interfere in her decisions.

Others felt the need to persuade her. So, they ran their mouth off, but those fell on deaf ears. She did not listen to any of them, and finally when they were tired and stopped, she asked, "Have you all finished lecturing me? Then, let me say something."

"Oh." They nodded their heads in unison, and no one bothered to interrupt her this time, due to the cold vibe which she was emitting while saying such things.

"There must be something going on. Otherwise, knowing that cunning man, he would never do things this way. There must be someone pulling strings from behind.

"Ah?" They never thought of this possibility. They were hoping that she would become a hero who saved the beauty. Ah! The phase doesn't see right, it should be the beauty who saved the hero. But her next sentence ruined their dreams of hoping the beauty to save them.

Sophie languidly stretched onto the sofa and said, "What has that got to do with me? I'm going there to find something important. As I said earlier, they are a match made in heaven. They should marry each other."

"What?" Their dreams shattered faster than they came. But nobody understood what she meant when she said that she needed to find something over there. 'What could it be?'
