Everyone unrolled their tents and their belongings, especially Peter who unloaded all of his things.
He still had the same orange tent, but it had a few mud stains on the bottom.
It was twelve in the afternoon, and Micah came in with a bowl of very hot soup.
Peter didn’t know what it was at first, so he looked at it with revulsion.
“What is that?” Peter asked.
Micah responded, “It’s stew.”
“When did we have that?” Peter asked.
“I’m not sure, but we do,” Micah said, as he got out a bowl from the cupboard.
He got a spoon and put some stew in his bowl. “Hey Peter, you want some food?”
“Nah, I’m fine,” Peter rejected, disgusted at the looks of the stew.
It seemed more like mud with bubbles evaporating, and put in with a bunch of leaves. It didn’t look very appetizing.
But that wasn’t his problem, in fact it never was. It was the way Vienne acted when he saw him hugging Iris.
They were just friends, mainly because of her past.
