THE BEGINNING

'Ahh, what a school life that was, oh you are here, Hello, I'm Sung Min and I'm going to take you on a journey of how I met my Demon Boss and my experience with him, yes I said Demon, okay enjoy'.

My school life was just not perfect, from the principal to the students in my class, everyone just kept interfering, one time my seat mate hacked my phone just to see my call list, hilarious right?, but all that is gone now, now that I'm out of that place, I'm seeking a job anywhere I can find one but that also hasn't been going well either.

A dark night it was, my car had broken down, the street was dark and to make matters worse it was raining heavily,

"How worse could this night get", I said to myself.

I wish I never said that, immediately I saw a stranger walking towards me, not waiting to check if it was a man or a woman, I hurriedly entered the car and locked the doors, he still kept on coming closer and closer towards the car, when he reached the car he knocked and I just starred at him, he did it again and I whined down the glass.

"What is wrong with your car ma'am", he asked

I starred at the man for a while, I couldn't see his face clearly but I could still see his eyes where deep and his beards where bushy, his voice were so deep and he was tall and wide.

"I don't know, it broke down a moment ago", I said with hope

"Okay" he said

I watched the strange man work away, like he came just to ask me what was wrong and just left without even helping, he must have been under the spell of something he took or did, what a weird man. Well my house wasn't far from where I was so I just took the stress of walking down to my house. The stress of the whole day was like a heavy sack on my neck so I just made use of the bed without considering food.

The next morning to my surprise, when I walked back to where my car was packed, the battery of the car had gone missing, so I had no choice but to sell it, I needed a job so bad but I couldn't seem to find one, now that i have sold the car, I had to buy bus tickets to move around. I went back home to get ready for another busy day finding a job, well guess what, that day was my lucky day.

Having finished eating a meal that was more then the usual, I left the house in a hurry my CV and portfolio, I started looking for signs and billboards, I did that for like an hour but couldn't find one, so I thought within me,"Where had all the jobs I this city gone to". Then I received a call from an unknown number, I didn't want to pick it at first because of all the false calls about winning lottery but later did when the phone rang for the second time.

"Hello, am I speaking to Miss Park Sung Min"

"Yes" with a rather puzzled voice

"Okay, we are from the company you sent your CV to with a copy of your portfolio, the Da Shin Enterprise"

At that moment I could feel my heart racing and could not just wait to hear what I have been waiting for.

"Come visit tomorrow by 12:00pm sharp"

"Yes sir, I will". Well I couldn't comprehend what just happened, am i dreaming, it better not be. Wow!.

At that point I just had to go home and enjoy the rest of the day, all I needed to do was just to get my things ready and by tomorrow I will get a job.

Well I'm pretty sure you have been wondering why I have not mentioned anything about friends, family and all that stuff, well that's because I'm all alone, I'm a lonely girl. While I was still young, my parents died in a car accident and my uncle never took me in, he placed me in an orphanage and claimed my dads property. Yes my dad was rich, like insanely rich. My parents death got to me so I became a sad, depressed and lonely girl. At the orphanage I jus watched people have fun I never joined in any merriment, my parents death kept on shielding the happiness away. The only friend I kept at the orphanage was a guy who betrayed me. We both planned to escape from the orphanage because at that point of our lives we thought the orphanage was like a prison, and when we got caught he blamed it all on me me, that's why I don't keep friends and that trust anyone. Keeping so much friends or even one makes a person vulnerable to his or her foes, so I distanced myself from anything called friendship.

I was emotionally aroused by the view of the company, a large skyscraper with a huge logo on top of it, the logo said Da Shin, Wow, it was amazing. I walked inside moderately, saw the reception and went over.

"Good day ma'am, I'm here for an appointment", I said with an uncommon accent which surprised the receptionist

"Okay...what's your name"

Noticing the way she reacted at the way I talked earlier, I just spoke normally now.

"Sung Min, Park Sung Min", with boldness

"Okay, you have an appointment with Mr. Hee Yuna, check the fifth floor and the second row on the left row".

"Thank you"

"You are welcome", she said.

Rather than being scared I was excited and certain thoughts ran through my mind. Am i going to get the job, who is going to be my boss, am i going to get an office, I couldn't just wait.

I stepped right into the office and saw that a man was sitting down with his eyes closed, so I said to myself

"What to do?"

I just walked back outside and knocked on the door like I should have done the first time

"Come in", with a stressed voice

I slowly walked in and stood by the door

''You were in already why did you have to go back and knock?''

"Well sir i didn't know..."

"You didn't know what"cutting in with an increased voice

At that point i thought that was it,i thought i had blew it, my one chance of getting a job is gone, what would I do. I just stood there and watched him talk, I was so scared that I began to sweat.

"What's your name?"

"Park Sung Min sir"

Why is he asking for my name again, doesn't he know that I'm here for the job. Well he is a business man so he must be forgetful, and I've come to get the job of a personal assistant, huh, I don't think we would get along, we got off to a rough start, let me just see how the interview goes, I told myself.

"Okay, so you are here for the job right?"

"Yes sir"

Then immediately he stood up and was heading for the door, I was so worried because he stood up without saying anything else to me, I'm sure he is not going to give me the job.

"Sir"

"You are hired" he said and just left.

I couldn't worry less about the man because I was so busy being excited about the fact that i didn't even have to go through any screening or anything like that, I just got the job, or is this a scam, well I don't care, I will resume on Monday. The only thing that bothered me was that I was asked to resume on Monday, why Monday, today being Tuesday why then wait I asked to resume next week Monday. I sought to ask the man but couldn't find him anywhere so I went to meet the receptionist about his where about.

"Sorry ma, but I can't seem to find the boss" I said to the receptionist

"The boss is not around, he is going to be back by Monday" she replied

So that man was not the boss, and he was that rude, how in Almighty's name will the boss be, then I thought of asking the receptionist who was in need of a Personal assistant

"Sorry mam, please who is in need of a personal assistant?"

"The boss, are you the new PA", she asked

"Yes ma"

"Congratulations" she said

"Thank you so much" I responded

So that is why I was asked to resume next week Monday, I can't just wait, I better go shopping for clothes. I eagerly anticipated Monday and for the rest of the week I just felt bored out of my brain which made me remember a day at the orphanage when all the children went for a walk at the park but I was left behind. I was left alone at the orphanage, several thoughts ran through my mind, should I run, if I run where would I go to or should I steal from the kitchen because we were not given enough food at the orphanage but what if I get caught, I just couldn't stand the thought of being alone in that horrible orphanage so I went out of it, I walked down the street with hope of meeting the other kids but rather something very terrifying happened or should I say something mind blowing.
