Chapter 2 (Allies)

As for days or a week they kept doing the same Kazuma and Aqua Decided to go to a killing mission As Gojo went with them he wanted to see what he can do now

as they entered the adventurer's guild they picked a mission about killing some frog like creatures

they reached the place they saw many toads but big.

Gojo just went forward because he couldn't wait to showoff his abilities as he was seen by a thod it attacked him but it couldn't touch him so he just used a backhand hit as the toad flew far away he then teleported where the toad would go and punched it so hard that it died. Kazuma and Aqua were staring, shocked he just looked at them and said "Are you just going to stand there?" Laughing

They woke up from the shock and started fighting Aqua wasn't so good at it, neither Kazuma but they got the job done Aqua got eaten by one of the toads and Kazuma had to get her out of there.

Aqua was traumatized and Kazuma called her useless.

We went back to the inn. and got some food for the night and made an ad to join our team.

Aqua wrote something in it but I didn't pay attention

[time skip:next morning] as we were sitting on a bench waiting for someone to join our party, i read the invitation Aqua made and not gonna lie i was cringing, it was not funny but actually so bad that its painful, anyways all day waiting and we moved to a table while we were talking someone came behind us.

she said "I saw you were looking for new companions" [skiping this part] "my name is Megumin I am an arch wizard and user of explosive magic the most powerful the most deadly the most feared"

After that Gojo said "I can use explosive magic."

Megumin stopped for a second took a breath and continued

after that there were 4 people in the party

Aqua asked her if she was a crimson demon and so she answered with a yes

after Megumin was done with her speech

Kazuma told her to take a seat and she did as he told her to

They both checked her stats

and Aqua gave a compliment for her high stats as for Gojo he knew he was the strongest so he wasn't bothered

Megumin's stomach was making sounds so Kazuma said "well welcome arch wizard. Would you like to order something?" after she ate they went to the field with toads to see what Megumin can do

Megumin gave more description on her explosion spell and that they must distract the toad infront.

As she was saying that another toad was coming in the distant and so Aqua was called useless again by Kazuma

After that she wanted to prove that she was not useless and charged at the toad that was coming

as she did Gojo was waiting for it to attack her and so he prepared to stop it.

she almost got eaten again but gojo stopped the toad before it could happen, he threw a punch to the toad as again it died like the other one

"Aqua, you almost got eaten again." Gojo said as she just looked at him not knowing what to say

"Megumin are you going to do your spell?" Gojo shouted

"Yes, on it" Megumin replied as she started saying the words for the spell

"Darkness blacker than black and darker than dark,

Explosion!" As she was saying that particals appeared.

She was done with the chant and a big explosion was seen it have left a bit blasthole

Kazuma was amazed by the left overs, but he sawcthat more toads were coming up

it seemed that they were woken because of the explosion

as a big group of thods were coming and Kazuma and Gojo looked at Megumin she was paralyzed

she got eaten by a toad

They had enough for today and were going to the barn Kazuma carrying Megumin.

Kazuma told Megumin "You are banned from using explosion magic if its not an emergency."

they were talking and Megumin was determined to not use other magic than explosive

and so Kazuma tried getting Megumin off his back, but she had a good grip on his shoulders

she really wanted to be in his party so she hold on to the end at somepoint 3 women were staring at them and calling Kazuma a pervert and what he did in response he said "HEY IT'S NOT LIKE THAT!"

after that Gojo decided to come with Kazuma to get his money for killing some of the toads and selling them.

Then Kazuma and Satoru sat on a table and thinked as they were thinking a blond gorgeous woman came behind them and took their attention as she asked if she was too late for becoming a party member

Kazuma was hesitating as he was looking at the girl

Kazuma told her that it's not too late.
