God? I never wanted to be one But what choice do I have when all I care about is in death's hands?

Chapter 1[1]-To you, 6000 years into the Future

-??? POV-

"What do you want?" I asked as I waited for the person across the phone to answer.

{What the fuck do you mean 'What do you want'? Dad died and you're halfway across the country!} The prick- I mean, my little brother yelled through the phone.

Sigh~ he's getting on my nerves "I'll say this again so that your stupid little autistic brain can understand my words, I couldn't give a single fuck"

{I swear to god if you dont-} Before he could speak any further, I hung up the phone.

These people aren't worth my time. Even after not contacting me for years, kicking me out of the house for no good dam reason, and excommunicating me from the family, they are now suddenly contacting me wanting me to help pay for that prick's funeral; what a fucking joke.

Sigh~ I need a drink.

As I slipped my phone back into my pocket, I began to walk through the street crossing along with the crowd of people.

The night sky and the cool air calmed my nerves a bit; just a tiny bit.

Hmm, the moon is pretty tonight.

I can't wait to get home, drink a beer, and watch the new episode of-

"Isekai Time Bitch!" A robotic voice suddenly spoke.

Wait...did he say isekai time?

I quickly looked towards the street, and the truck that was speeding at me suddenly began to shift its steel part until it formed a sort of transformer-looking monster.

"Yeah, isekai time" It spoke once more as if confirming my thoughts.

I stood frozen among the other people around me. I was so shocked at the scene that my mind couldn-

*Shplck*

-3rd POV-

Eric gasped as he stood up from the dark ground, if there even was one in the dark abyss he was in.

He roamed his hand around his body, checking that everything was in place. After all, fucking Optimus Prime had just one punched him into a tomato juice smoothie.

"Don't worry kid, you're all right" suddenly spoke a voice.

Turning his head, Eric's eyes met with an older African American man who seemed to be- wait a minute, that's Morgan Freeman?!

"Morgan Freeman" chuckles, obviously knowing what Eric was thinking about.

"Your human mind can't possibly comprehend my true form, so I dumb it down for you. I now look what you think god looks like, apparently, that's Morgan Freeman" The Being Explained.

Eric just stared at him for a few seconds as he processed the information "So basically, you're a ROB?"

Obviously, he is no stranger to these types of scenarios as he's read fanfics in his free time before, but he never thought that all those stories could actually happen.

But there was one question left to ask, why the hell did truck kun turn into a mecha?

"Ah yes, that's an oopsie on our end. He was supposed to kill the guy that was right next to you, whose name was also Eric. Seems like he got you two confused and killed you instead" the ROB explained, finding the situation amusing.

An awkward silence followed.

Eric couldn't believe that he got killed in such a brutal way because of an...oopsie?

He wanted to get mad at him but he knew better than to anger the multiversal being in front of him.

"So...what now?"

"Well you weren't supposed to die and that's our fault, so now you have two options. One, go to heaven and all that good stuff. Two, classic Isekai" The ROB explained.

He wanted to get this over with quickly as it was going to be Taco Tuesday in the human realm soon.

And God does he love it, one of the few things he thinks humans did right in their long history of wrongs.

"Well, I guess I'll go with the Isekai" Eric decided. He never really was a religious guy perse, but he did pray and did all that good stuff just in case heaven was real.

But at the moment the chance to go to heaven presented itself to him, it was completely overshadowed by the Isekai offer.

And if it is anything like what Eric has read, Yourichi better be ready 'cus he's hungry for some dark chocolate!

"Alrighty then, let's get this going" Snapping his fingers, multiple wheels with censored words appeared, specifically, 6 wheels.

"Spin the first wheel. This wheel will decide which world you will be sent to"

Eric nodded as he stepped forward, he could tell that the ROB was eager to get this over with for some reason, and so was he.

Grabbing the edge of the wheel, he spun it clockwise with all his strength.

*Takatakatakataka*

As the wheel stopped spinning, the words in which the pin had landed began to reveal itself.

[Genshin Impact]

"Genshin Impact?" Eric muttered.

he knew the game, wasn't one of his favorites but at least the world wasn't THAT hardcore compared to worlds like DOOM and Warhammer.

Just a few mountains throwing gods here and there, a few Eldrich mysteries included.

Well...when he thought about it, Genshin Impact was in the same universe as Honkai Impact 3rd and Honkai: Star Rail.

But he'll deal with those problems when he gets there; there's no use worrying about a multiversal space cacoon or the conceptual space gods.

Eric then moved on to the second wheel. The flashing sign on top read "Ability Wheel".

'Self explanatory' thought Eric before spinning the wheel.

*Takatakatakataka*

[Mythos]

"The fuck is a Mythos?" Eric feels like he's heard it before but he can't exactly put his finger on it. Considering the Deja Vu he's feeling, he can only guess that it's an ability from an anime or a video game.

Eric decided to figure out the ability later, he could already feel the ROB's stare boring a hole in the back of his head. He was desperate to get him out of this void.

Moving onto the next wheel, "Template Card"

A template card was basically where you gain all the abilities of a certain character, but you slowly gain its powers over time.

Once again, he spun the wheel.

*Takatakatakataka*

As it slowed down, the pin landed.

[Yhwach]

...dafuk?

Eric's eyes widened in shock as he read the template's name, Yhwach.

As someone who regularly enjoys anime, of course, he'd know who he was.

Not only is he the biggest villain in Bleach besides Aizen, but he is also overpowered as hell.

Pun intended.

He moved to the next wheel which was the {Sytem} wheel.

[Support system]

Eric didn't know what it was or what it did, but at least it didn't say the "Prick System" or the "Villain System"

With a giddy feeling in his chest, he moved on to the next wheel. He wanted to hurry up and reincarnate already.

This time the wheel read {Equipment}

"Now this is the second best wheel" Suddenly spoke the ROB.

he's been quiet this whole time so it kinda startled the fuck out of Eric.

"Why?" He asked with curiosity.

"Nothing special honestly, I'm just a weapon guy" ROB shrugged.

Abilities are cool and all but he always found swords, spears, and all that stuff even cooler.

Eric looked at him weirdly. He thought that the multiversal being in front of him would be high and mighty but actually...he kinda just sounded like one of the bros.

With a nod, he respected his decision and spun the wheel.

[Jiseken-Time Piercing Sword]

"A fine weapon" ROB nodded as he saw the equipment Eric had obtained.

"Yeah, it's really great!" Eric said with excitement. Jiseken, otherwise known as the [Time Piercing Sword].

Of course, he knew about this sword, Afterall this was a sword from SAO, his first-ever anime.

The sword can basically control time to a certain extent, from sending slashes into the future to cutting an enemy in the past.

"Alright now, go to the next wheel. Those are the juicy ones" A bag of popcorn appeared in hand and a bottle of soda.

Eric raised an eyebrow, curious and scared about what would be "Juicy" about the next wheel.

He turned his head towards it, and read "Characters/name"

Eric's face paled as he realized why the ROB would find this juice, he was now basically going to gamble for a good new body and name.

For all he knew, he could be turned into Kirby or Scooby.

With a gulp, he turned the wheel.

As the wheel spins, certain sections split, 3 sections to be specific. As the three circles slowed down, Eric's new identity was revealed.

[Izumi Miyamura-Character Model]

[Meliodas-First Name]

[Pendragon-Last Name]

Eric dropped to his knees in despair. the character model was fine, but the name...

it sounds like something you would get out of one of those TikTok posts where you get an anime name depending on your initials.

Ichigo Midorya or sum bullshit like that.

Turning his eyes towards the ROB who was enjoying his despair, he spoke with hopeful eyes "Can I-?"

"Nope"

"Aight" Eric understood when to take an L

"Anyways *Cough* mayyoujurneybeagoodone bla bla bla, tootles~" The ROB said in a mocking manner before snapping his fingers.

Before Eric could get another say, his consciousness darkened.

As Eric disappeared, ROB stood up from his chair.

He slowly walked towards the "World" wheel, he reached out towards the section where the words "Genshin Impact" were.

As his hands were on the words, he ripped off the words, revealing a new set of letters.

"Genshin Impact: AU"

ROB grinned wickedly as he began to walk back towards his chair "Good luck kid, you'll need it" he softly whispered.

The Synthesis Wizard

In a world where elements lay barren and powerful wizards had abandoned their homeland a millennium ago to explore the multiverse, Sunan found himself reincarnated as a noble scion stripped of his title. This world, once brimming with magic and wonder, had fallen into a desolate state, and wizards had become mere legends. Sunan was acutely aware that after a thousand years, the elements would awaken once more, heralding the return of the wizards and ushering in a new era of prosperity. He understood that his path was clear: he must train diligently to become a wizard himself and survive until this glorious age arrived. “Resources are scarce?” he mused, determination flickering in his eyes. “Then I’ll just have to synthesize them myself.” With that thought, he activated the Synthesis Cube, a device that granted him the ability to combine materials into something new. This Cube was not just a tool; it was a symbol of his potential in this world, reflecting his status as a player in a game he once played. As he set to work, the Cube glowed with possibilities, presenting him with a myriad of options. He had a few basic materials at his disposal, remnants of his previous life and the knowledge he had accumulated from his past experiences in the game. Sunan began experimenting, combining herbs and minerals he had gathered. Each successful synthesis filled him with a sense of accomplishment, inching him closer to his goal of becoming a wizard. Days turned into weeks, and Sunan’s skills improved rapidly. He crafted potions, improved his understanding of magical theories, and honed his mental abilities through intense meditation practices. The Star Ring Meditation, one of the first techniques he mastered, allowed him to tap into the latent mental energy within himself, enhancing his cognitive functions and magical sensitivity. As he progressed, whispers of his endeavors began to circulate among the remaining noble families and the common folk. Some viewed him with suspicion, while others saw potential in the young man who dared to challenge the status quo. Sunan knew he needed allies. He began seeking out individuals who shared his vision—a return to the age of wizards. He discreetly approached the remnants of the nobility, the few who still held some influence, and began to forge connections. His reputation grew cautiously, and with it, the opportunities to gather resources and knowledge. He learned of hidden libraries, ancient texts, and artifacts that could aid in his quest. One fateful day, while exploring a forgotten ruin, he uncovered an ancient tome detailing the rituals of the wizards who had once thrived on this land. The pages contained knowledge that could accelerate his growth, including spells long lost to time. “This is it,” Sunan thought as he carefully transcribed the contents into his own notes. “With this, I can not only learn the spells but also improve my synthesis techniques.” As he delved deeper into the arcane arts, he realized that the key to his ascension lay not just in personal power but in understanding the intricate web of alliances and rivalries that defined noble society. He had to navigate these treacherous waters carefully. In the back of his mind, Sunan always remembered the impending return of the wizards. The time was coming when he would have to reveal his true potential and lead the charge into the new era. With each passing day, he grew stronger, more confident, and increasingly aware of the responsibilities that awaited him. The world was changing, and Sunan was determined to be at the forefront of that change—a wizard in a world that had forgotten what it meant to wield true power.
