As the sole reconnaissance ship of the Imperial Universe Army of the United Empire from Iridium Star, originally part of the R19 fleet, Xiu Ping and his crew had been traveling in space for nearly a month, far away from the Sacred Falcon and Ruyi City.

The primary reconnaissance mission of the Insight was to scout within the Solar System. Although crew members were not deployed to land on celestial bodies, the ship had many drones capable of withstanding harsh environments. The intelligence gathered by the Insight was ample. Field inspections were naturally much more effective than deductions made through astronomical observations from Earth, and the data sent back by the Insight had already overturned many observations made on Earth.
