After the fall of Earth, the Intergalatic Council has gathered as many human children as they could in order to preserve this dying species. Aria Chase is one of them. She was sent to Haven, a synthetic planet with much the same atmosphere as her previous planet. But soon after she arrives, an older Valyr'n ship falls from the sky. Ryl'o Kya, a Valyr'n outlaw in need of quick cash decides what better way to get it than to sell a human on the black market. Of course, he doesn't tell Aria that when he practically falls into her lap. What will happen when these two unlikely people cross paths? Will one get their wish of bounty or will it only end in heartache?
